For drive-thru or takeout. The terrace seating was unsettling due to the sound of the drive-thru and traffic.Prices are higher than other stores.

I go here often, altho don’t always order a refresher. First time in awhile I ordered an iced drink and well.. too much ice and not much to drink! Finished the drink before I even got home :/

Ordered a venti vanilla latte. As a Gold Card member you get a free roasted coffee or hot or cold tea after first drink. Went back and got "trainer since 2018" worker. Asked if I got my drink there. Asked for my cup to inspect sticker to verify. Asked for venti iced tea. Told nope not allowed. Discussed but did not pursue just wanted reason. Then took my used latte cup and filled it up with a hot roast coffee. Apologized for every other Starbucks I had went to for not following company regs. A lot went south on this visit. Researched on web site and any hot or cold roast coffee or tea of the original same size is allowed. Attitude of the worker needs to be adjusted.

I can’t speak highly enough about my experience at this Starbucks store. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff create the perfect environment for a coffee lover. The baristas are not only skilled at crafting delicious beverages but also go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Jenkins will always be better with the OG baristas and shifts. Shout out Diane, J, Emily, and Sarah. Been there since day one. Best Baristas I ever met, quick, efficient and speedy.

Pretty awful service. Baristas and staff are inattentive and slow. They do not do drinks in order they do it by convenience of them to make. Baristas we're dropping things, bumping in to each other etc. Waited 20 minutes on my drink when no one was in the store and there were less than five cars in drive through. I asked about my drink after my app said it was ready for 12 minutes and the girl just said "it's coming up" without looking at my app. As someone who's worked in cafes I'm pretty understanding but this was ridiculous. Would not recommend wasting your time here

Received the worst service ever. The lady who took my order at the drive-through had an attitude before I even said hi. Rushed me and when I tried to order another drink (water) she said to pull to the front, so I did. When I told her I wanted to order water, she had the audacity to roll her eyes and say she was not going to give me water and I should have ordered it at the speaker. It’s water?? and no one was behind me or in the store.It’s some older lady with glasses and short hair (probably the ugliest haircut I’ve seen) don’t come here

Not one of the best Starbucks places I have been to. Service is pretty slow and inefficient. It's not uncommon to see only one barista doing any work or taking orders (if you even see one). It's fairly clean but I've seen cleaner Starbucks as well. Location is pretty efficient as it's in the Cedar Hills Crossing shopping complex, though. Drinks and food are on par with any other Starbucks.

Terrible experience. The manager argued with us that is wasn't veterans day and did not give my mother(a veteran spouse) the free coffee deal. After we came back in with the offer in hand, they refunded us and never even apologized. Apparently is was the manager too. Didn't apologize or give the reduction $5 card either. So upset. 11/11/23 at around 2pm drive through then in store.

Irregular hours. Closed randmomly because "work is hard". They claim they're a union shop yet aren't willing to do the hard part. Truly putting a taint on the union movement this spoiled lot does. Shame.

After undergoing new management the quality in their drinks has decreased.I accidentally did a pick up order here (when i normally go down the street) when i walked in to get my pink drink it looked like someone drank it and proceeded to throw it back up into its cup. It was warm and looked like shit.My advice go to the Starbucks down the street, they take a little longer but at least your drink will be made right.
