Horrible customer service ... they make up their hours .. walked in 4 people sitting down lady refused to sell me a croissant while I could see a full shelf of it! 3rd bad experience in a row ... not coming back!

There are three Starbucks in this shopping area, yes three, and they are all busy. That's a lot of coffee being served! For some reason this one is the busiest, including the drive through, which is now why I go to the newer one about two blocks away. But whenever I have visited this Starbucks, I have friendly service and accurate drinks made fast. Exactly what I expect and want. All good.

Gave me the wrong order and refused to give me the correct order.

My fav SB. They always greet me by name, ask me which usual I’m getting, ask me how my day has been. Always a joy to come here.

Our go-to coffee place. We've spent at least two mornings a week for the past 8yrs here. Many of the staff members we've met over the years have become like family.

Everyone who I've interacted with has been helpful and friendly. Parking can be tricky in this busy shopping center.

For being open on Christmas Day and working hard, this store deserves 5 stars.I'm not sure why but this store seems like organized chaos when it's busy. It's got a drive through and despite 2 other stores nearby (including one with a drive through) seems especially busy.I enjoy supporting this location as they decided to join the Starbucks Workers Union. In past visits at slower times, I've had excellent service, from register, to coffee grinding, to bar to food. The other day I forgot to make a milk change and they did it for me while preparing, no sneer attached.I hope the welfare concerns this store had which led to a union drive will be accepted by corporate with a mutually beneficial agreement soon.

Tough day for Jenkins Starbucks! I had a mobile order for 9 drinks for coworkers this morning, and I had figured that with the heads up it should be easier for their team to complete. Upon arrival I discovered that the queue was backed up 15 minutes, and in all I waited about 20 minutes in the store. I later heard that there were strikes happening today, AND it is free red cup day, so to be fair there were several factors making today tough for the team. On a positive note, the team was trying their best to be efficient and positive in the face of some disgruntled customers, and that is admirable! The drinks were also made correctly, another plus. Just a rough way to start the day - not a fun environment. I'll likely try a different location next time.

This is a typical efficient Starbucks with the same menu.

Been coming in here for years, on the days I volunteer my time with my certified therapy dog seeing employees in the shopping strip. .Walked in to order and go, was asked to leave even though my dog is trained to well behaved. This is the 1st starbucks in the area who has said this to me and HAS NOT been dog friendly.ABSOLUTELY NO dogs other then service because of the current manager.Uncomfortable and upsetting confrontation. They did not seem bothered that I will not come back.

Evan provided amazing customer service today. I've had a vanilla sweet cream cold brew a million times, and nobody has ever talked to me about trying the nitro. He was friendly and quick to have me try a sample. I loved it and will be getting it from now on. Great job!

Not so friendly location. Seems to be out of something every time or something wrong with one of their machines. I’ve had drinks given to me all sticky from the outside. Just horrible experience every time. Don’t recommend this location at all.
