I love subway but this store needs help. The service is very slow and employees are unhappy or disinterested. Went there this morning and waited 5 minutes and no one even came to help so I just went to the grocery store to make my own sub.

Twice now I've shown up to pick up my online order (30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready), it said it was ready, and I had to wait 20 plus minutes for my sandwich making me late for work. I order here on days I'm running late and can't make myself lunch. It's pretty annoying.I should also mention it's extremely dirty inside, there are flies, etc.UPDATE MARCH 8 2024 -arrived an hour after my sub was supposed to be ready. It said it was ready online. Once again I had to wait 20 minutes for it, making me late for work again.

if you have an online order it says its ready as soon as it is printed out. when you arrive at the store tell us you have an online order and we are suppose to make it first not after we catch up. thank you again for choosing this subway

You will find that at this location they don't believe in "Eat Fresh" - Employee cashed out a customer ahead of me, DID NOT WASH HER HANDS and proceeded to FINISH my sandwich by touch my food GLOVELESS before I stopped her to remind her about food safety. Time and Food was wasted. You will likely be eating fecal matter with as much of her Rear was in plain view for the Line leading out the door - exposing her thong that she kept readjusting. Disgusting. Rebecca [is the name she gave me] - Do better. Gross.

I went into this subway stood for a few minutes with NO service or acknowledgment there was someone goofing off in the back that heard the door bell/alarm going off so I left very unsatisfied. Do your job when there are customers in your place.

Ordered my food online and was given notice it was ready for pick up. When I got there, it hadn't even been made yet, I waited an additional 15 minutes for them to make it as they had to finish with the customers they were with. Thankfully, the gal at the counter that helped me was fast and efficient.

Can't ever go wrong with Subway. Granted sometimes the service is better than other times but that's just how it is. Have patience. It may be their 1st job or their 1st day.
