I always feel funny reviewing Taco Bells, but I like to give credit where credit is due. My expectations for Taco Bell are always low, and sometimes I am pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff is and the attention to detail they have. I have gone to this location for years and have never had them get an order wrong. Look, fast food is not a fun job to work and the staff here has always been extremely nice and has always gotten our orders right. Thank you for doing so!

The lack of manners or any sort of courtesy from their night crew is almost non-existent. Avoid this location at all cost. There are several other Taco Bells in the area with much nicer and more respectful staff.

I asked, and paid for no beans extra beef on my order. Clarified two separate times that I didn't want beans. And they gave me my order with nothing but beans no beef. Honest to God dumbest people I've ever interacted with.

I had a long and rough day at work, I ordered 2 burrito Supreme's w/ no sour cream, and 2 spicy potato soft tacos. There was a miscommunication somewhere, I got the burritos and the Fiesta bowls instead and was too tired to see the error on the screen. I came back through to let them know and was willing to order/pay for the tacos again but they gave them free. It made my night, they were so curteous about it

How do u not put sausage in the bfast crunchwrap? Tried going thru app to say it was missing. App sux hard need order number that I don't have because they didn't give me a receipt.

I was in drive thu so don't know about atmosphere. I do know the price was different on screen to what I was actually charged. I do know that the taco supremes were poorly put together and well as poorly wrapped.

It took them 30 minutes to start my food. I was given the wrong size drink cup (smaller of course) every worker pretended not to know English. The food was sloppy and did not receive anything extra for the food I PAID FOR. THE CREW AT NIGHT SUCKS ?. My daughter is allergic to onions and guess what was in her burrito ? yep you guessed it and instead of causing a screen I had to leave and pay for another meal. Taco BELL is now Taco HELL anywhere you go and the last time i went they used the same gloves ? that they used for the food to handle money and then went back to the food line WITHOUT CHANGING THEIR GLOVES ???? TACO BELL HAD LITERALLY GONE DOWN HILL RAPIDLY
Fast and friendly service after a long day was nice and accommodating , even got an extra protein bowl as a free treat from the nice young person working the drive through. Staff was great, food was unfortunately not as nice. Surely we got the “ left behind and been sitting from a couple, or even a few orders ago.. but let’s go ahead and use it for this one” items. Crunchy 12 pack tacos- the bottoms were all stuck to the wrapper so badly and so soggy that it ripped the entire bottom off each taco, chicken quesadilla was semi- stale and cold. Just not good.

My least favorite Taco Bell in the area. First off, the online pick up service here is absolute trash because, why do they wait until you go inside and tell them you have a pick up to start making it? Doesn’t make sense… I order ahead for a reason? Second they always mess up our order and some of the staff is very rude. We have since gone to 185th for a better Taco Bell experience. I would highly recommend especially if you have had issues here.
I always come to this place but for some time now the service is terrible, the employees give bad service and a very bad temper, especially when their shift is about to end instead of working as a team so that everything goes better and faster, everything works together. On his side I looked at 2 employees changing their bunions and when they did they started using their phone then as if nothing had happened they started eating the food taking the tortillas and the lettuce as if nothing had happened and thinking that the phone has a lot of dirt on it and they go to the bathroom with But it's the fault of the person in charge of the place ????? because she is the one who was on the phone and answering the phone at the place too
