We are new to this area of Oregon & after living in this state 4yrs I have never had tacos this good ⭐️ the salsas were legit! So yum. We ordered carne asada, al pastor, lengua & pollo tacos. My dad tried the birra quesadilla & my son had a torta. We loved everything. I’m gf and had the tacos with salsas and didn’t get sick at all. We will be back often.

Happened to find this gem of a taco truck on my way into Natural Grocers. I am not familiar with this area and was excited to see them open in the smoke and intense heat. I had almost given up on finding a good Asada (Beef) Burrito as the meat is usually not good quality and not spiced to my liking. This was heaven! Good quality meat and wonderful flavor, slightly charred, which added to the complexity and taste. Thank you for a wonderful experience - you truly made my day better by doing your cooking so flawlessly. I will definitely be back to try the tacos.

They charge you more than what they have posted on their signs, give very small portions, are VERY slow, and constantly mess up orders. I’ve tried to give them multiple tries but would rather go the the taco truck across the street from the transit center since they give nice portions and are quicker.

A nice hidden gem. The food was surprisingly flavorful and well balanced. Too many taco trucks serve bland burritos packed with too much filler; the burritos here have the right mix of rice, beans, meat, etc. I'll definitely be back for more!

What is shown online is NOTHING like the actual menu. First, they are a food cart in a random parking lot. I was looking forward to the 3 tacos, 3 sides and a drink for $8. There is no such thing. You have to buy everything separately. Food is good just disappointed to not get what I was hoping for.

Great find!! This single family owned taco truck near Natural Grocers is awesome! $2 beef street tacos loaded w/meat, onions & cilantro. They have enchiladas and other offerings all reasonably priced & extremely yummy! So get out, support local & don't forget to tip!

In a world of hyper creative cuisine to stay ahead of the curve, the traditional street taco can sometimes be undervalued. That is certainly not the case with Tacos Apatzingan, whose deceptively straightforward meats pack a ton of flavor.I ordered the Asada, Birria, Pastor, & Pollo tacos - and they were all unbelievably good. I rarely have the urge to write a review, but around taco #2 I convinced myself I had to as soon as I cleaned my hands (they're a bit messy, but in the best way). I'm also a s***** for a good salsa verde, so the fact that they threw two in the bag set the tone right away. Will return very, very soon.
