I want to shout from the rooftops how AMAZING their food is!! From the very first bite I knew I had found a new favorite restaurant. Their green pepper fish soup with rice noodles is out of this world. I give it 6 out of 5 stars. All the flavors were balanced 100% perfectly, and that’s saying a lot because I’m a veteran foodie with a picky palate who is quite discriminating about flavors. The chef here is a flavor ninja. Also, rarely do I rave about a restaurant enough to leave a review, that’s how impressed I am.By the way, I highly recommend getting the “crispy fried milk.” I ate an entire serving of it in one sitting yesterday, and I could have eaten two more, it was that delicious. It comes with a sweet, coconutty sauce that reminds me of the sweet yet slightly savory sauce used in sticky rice with mango that you find at Thai restaurants.Eat here, you won’t be disappointed!

Pretty good noodles. I went there twice and got the original beef brisket noodles. I like the flavor but the add ins it comes with are just ok. Not a fan of the weird deli ham slices. Should come with spam instead.

The food was fresh, delicious, and authentic. The service was fast and friendly. The ambiance was clean, no fuss kind of place. It is definitely all about the food.

My friends and I went on a hot summer day and it was everything we'd hoped and dreamed of! Each of our soups was sooo delicious and flavorful and hit the spot. I think we were all so full we had to roll ourselves home haha. The staff were informative, too, and did a good job explaining everything to us!

This place is a good spot to go when you're craving some steaming hot noodles. I've been here twice and my go to is the golden hot and sour rice noodles. I love that the soup is served in a stone pot so the temperature is just right! I also have fun throwing in all my sides. My only complaint is the lack of beef that's included with the dish. We usually have to order extra on the side. Otherwise, a really delicious bowl of noodles!

The food is decent but on the expensive side. The portion is fairly large. I saw many couples sharing one bowl of noodles. The customer service skills are lacking, and they need improvement. The restaurant location is convenient with lots of parking.

When you walk in, if there's no server then just check in on the iPad and add your name to the wait list. A form of chinese fast food -- Loved the tomato porkchop noodles which were flavorful and filling. Generous portion sizes, had plenty for lunch the next day as well. Price felt fairer given the portion size. Drink (lemon yakult) was a miss for me personally - wouldn't recommend. I'd do it again.

Nice and friendly service, food came out relatively fast. The flavor of the broth was tasty and flavorful. Wish the stone for soup was hotter, the broth got cold really fast after I put the uncooked meat.

A quick lunch spot for near self serve hot pot. QR code to order. Soup ingredients come on the side and you incorporate yourself. It takes about 10 seconds to mix together. Not really understanding this novelty. Wished the soup would have been hotter in temperature and it does get cold fast so slurp away.

I had visited Qiao Noodle House before it went out of business, and these two places share a similar presentation and menu. Tried to order through the QR code and it didn't work. The tables by the wall art are too small for a group of 2 and above, leaving no space after the food was brought out. They didn't take the empty plates and trays right away and I couldn't move my arm freely while eating. I ordered the spicy beef brisket rice noodles for more meat and it has a thumbs up next to it on the menu. The portion of beef brisket justified the extra $2, but it was super chewy and quickly fatigued my teeth. The temperature of the soup dropped drastically after I put in all the ingredients, and everything in the pot was just lukewarm, which is not great. The presentation is close to the real thing but not the taste. Similar to Qiao Noodle House, they either don't use or can't obtain the right type of noodle, which might be too much to expect. The food was very average and I only came for the experience.

I had Golden Hot and Sour hotpot. The broth itself is pretty good. Since I don't eat pork, it's a bit difficult to enjoy this to the fullest, so it's not the restaurant's fault. The sauce that came with the set is made out of pork belly. The portion is big for the size. I would say if you don't eat pork, it's best to have hotpot elsewhere..
