“We found this place on google maps and had no idea what to expect when it said “TexMex”The food was very high quality. Rich bold flavors, perfect sized proportions, and excellent service. The food was typical American fine dining in a casual atmosphere, very Portland. I couldn’t figure out what made it TexMex other than the Texas flag on the wall, then I realized most dishes had jalapeños, cilantro, lime, or chimichurri. The flavors were bold, but never overpowering. There was spice, but nothing was hot or particularly spicy.I am hesitant to try new places and we got very lucky. We will definitely eat here again.“
“Yanina took fantastic care of us, even bringing some grilled chicken out for our 6 year old when his wings were too spicy for him. Food is always great and the staff is very helpful and polite.Dietary restrictions: Staff was knowledgeable about dietary ingredients and willing to make changes“
“We have driven past so many times and finally stopped. This place was great! So much bigger than we thought and they had just opened the big doors and patio seating. Little bit of a scrunchy parking lot, don’t bring your big truck, but plenty of spots in the area. They have a happy hour 2-5:30, we stopped on a Friday at 4:45 and it was starting to pick up. We had the smash burger, fries, and 2 tacos. Pork and cauliflower. Tried the corn and flour tacos.. do the corn it’s amazing!! The pork was fantastic and I was amazed at the taste of the cauliflower really good!Kid-friendliness: Kids menu“
“Great place for good food and huge portions. I had the chicken fajita and it was soo good. It came with guacamole and sour cream on the plate and some warmed choice of corn or flour tortillas rolled into Reynolds wrap on the side so I could put mine together just how I like it. Had a huge amount of left overs! The food was very good. I give this a four paws up and will go back to try other things on the menu. They also had the option of impossible meat substitute for the non meat eaters out there. Also the place was very clean and smelled very good!“
“I was very surprised at how good this fast food joint was. I got a gift card from work and came to try it. I had the nacho Burrito and my hubby had the red enchiladas. The "red sauce" was on point and my burrito was big enough to eat half now, and have the other as a midnight snack! ? yummy. I'll be back.“
“Baja Fresh is our favorite place to pick up great tasting, healthy, high quality take out food for a reasonable price. My favorite is the Chili Lime shrimp salad (so delicious & filling) & my husband’s is the Chicken Ultima Burrito (huge portion & very tasty). If you want to eat there it is very clean & roomy. The staff that works there are friendly, helpful & take pride in their work. The food really is prepared when you order with fresh ingredients. You can taste the difference. We highly recommend this restaurant.“
“We came in late for dine-in Dec 27 '22. I ordered a poblano burrito with chicken. It was fat and also full of delicious juicy peppers and onions and very generous amount of sliced ripe avocado. I definitely didn't leave hungry. The salsa bar also had a lot of variety making the food way higher quality than you'd expect. The staff was very obliging and hard working also. I'd go back.“
