Service at my last two visits has been stellar! the gentleman staffing the order taking is even trying to remember my name and regular order. its a food cart so its not about atmosphere its about good food with good service in a reasonable time. and I have gotten that both times I've ordered here. As long as that keeps up I will keep coming back as a regular every week!

I'm hoping my review helps lift these folks above 4 stars. Many of the one, two and three stars are from years ago. We typically order from the restaurants thru the Uber Eats app but neither offered meals thru that platform last evening (?). Other than the adjusted portion sizing the food quality is indistinguishable from the normal restaurant other than we couldn't specify heat level. We enjoyed Pad Thai, Tom Kha soup w/ chicken and yellow curry w/ chicken (a little more curry sauce would be nice). We were however able to order sides which was a terrific bonus (chicken satay x 2).Don't let the less than stellar ratings keep you from ordering or stopping by! Great place with long history of quality food.

Food was good. We love their restaurant & 2nd time visited the food cart in BG cartel location. Drunken noodles with tofu was amazing so was the veg spring roll. Chicken Pad Thai was a lil sour & bitter but the chicken satay was delicious.

Lovely thai food and great lunch specials. Lunch specials often come with choice of spring rolls or pot stickers. We love this food cart location as there is indoor and outdoor dining. Love the pad thai and drunken noodles.

This place is fantastic! Very flavorful, and I love the food. This must be the best food cart over at BG cartel; there is always a long line to this food cart, and the staff working there are fast, especially the chef doing all the cooking.It is truly a one-stop place, and you get a good combo of "appetizer and main dish" combined, which I highly recommend to anyone.

You can smell the delicious peanut sauce of the pad Thai across the food court area. We also got the green curry. It was excellent and I would definitely do it again.

FOOD POISONING. I ate their chicken pad see ewe with spring rolls today and have been glued to the bathroom since an hour after! I tried calling them but their mailbox is full
The pork skewers I got was undercooked and I got food poisoning from it. They need to cook it longer.

I love Thai Bloom. Specifically, the restaurant. Food truck is in a great location. However, it is misleadingly slow. Two people in front of me. 25 minute wait. Would have expected at least a warning if they were that backed up. Food was good but not even close to the restaurant good.

First of all I wanna that the environment and the space of the Bee Gees food court is amazing and I'm very excited that they have Thai food here but when I arrived I ordered a pad Thai from ThaiBloom and was just very disappointed with how it tasted. It was very bland there was almost close to none flavor in it. But that was the only bad experience. I really had. The cashier was very nice and they give good proportions for the cost.OK

Phenomenal. I've eaten at this food cart several times, and I'm always impressed with the quality. The food is absolutely fantastic and we'll crafted, the service is very friendly and fast, and importantly, the menu items are reasonably priced. Great work Thai Bloom folks! I'll be back!
