I get take out from here every once in a while and always enjoy it(and I'm not even vegan/vegetarian), but the Sesame Tofu Supergreens salad I ordered today was delicious. All the greens were fresh, the perfect amount of dressing to keep everything crisp and a reasonable price for the amount and quality of the ingredients. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the acquisition of VeggieGrill by NLB, but I will be back soon to try other things on the menu. I meant to take a photo but I ate it too fast!

This place used to be pretty good but has been hit and miss for a while but tonight really disappointed me. My spouse brought home a take out order of sliced steak sandwich and it was really disappointing. The vegan steak was thrown in in huge half-cooked chunks. I thought this was supposed to be a “sliced steak”.Will likely give it another try because when something is prepared right (it happens occasionally) its good but this place is disappointingly inconsistent. Like I wonder if there’s any interest in making decent vegan food from whoever runs the place. Seriously, if it’s not a fried food at this place you are gambling on getting something good.If someone from the business reads this please don’t offer to reach out. I have nothing more to add about this. All I’m interested is seeing food consistently prepped as if someone cares about what is being offered to people to eat.

The kimchi sunrise has won my heart as a favourite at Veggie Grill! I hope they never take it off their menu. Having Yo Egg partnering with them is also amazing. I've been missing a runny egg & this hits the spot! Ever since they added this to the menu. I always order it! Haha.The staff here was super efficient, polite & amazing! They always greet you with a bright smile & kindness

Wow!!! This location is quite different from the others, especially by where I live. The customer service is the same. However, they step up a little more with the customer service. Once you order, they bring it to you with a real smile and ask if you need anything else and give suggestions, which got me to spend more money. The lemenonade is great and better with just enough ice. The customer service here went above and beyond to make my quick visit longer than usual. Everything is fresh, and the fries are nice, hot, and perfect. It's definitely a place I will go to again. Clean tables.Vegetarian options: Great tasting and not bland. Presentation is beautiful and worth the cost. Join the reward program to get all that is worth.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, but a somewhat heavy door so let someone open the door if they help.

I went here to order takeout. The staff and atmosphere were great. I ordered the ultimate mushroom burger and fries. The fries were great, the sandwich not so much. It was cold and the bun was like a grocery store hamburger bun, dry and flavorless. I would not recommend this sandwich. I have eaten here before and the food has always been great so I would encourage visiting just not this sandwich.
