Parlor seating does not recline and is not comfortable. The regular auditorium seats are better but still not great. Prices are getting crazy, except for the $5 anniversary releases of classic films. If it wasn't the only option besides the single-screen Joy in Tigard, I wouldn't go there at all. Maybe I need to check out the cinema at Bridgeport Village.

The seats are made for short people or kids. Seat itself came about 1/4 the way down my thigh.. I am only 5' 9" tall! Yri

I’m not sure what all the bad reviews are about. This theater took care of my Shrek needs.

Seats are cracked and I can easily find trash under my chairs. It has majorly gone downhill ever since it turned to AMC from cinatopia. It was already falling apart at the end of cinetopia. Speakers were falling off the walls. Anyways go to another theater and get just a little better theater experiance. Go to the cinemark in cedar hills. They're seats are really nice.

When this opened as Cinetopia, it was a beautiful experience to go see a movie here, have dinner and drinks here etc.I know that theaters took a hit with Covid but in comparison to where local Regals and Cinemark theaters are at post that era, I don’t understand why this theater seems to be left to rot by AMC. This is still a new building and a nice area. Putting some money in to bring this theater back is a good investment for AMC!! Many are walking distance to this theater and would prefer to go here just for proximity but choose to drive further because of how run down it’s gotten !It almost seems that on the way out Cinetopia employees caused damage to this theater and AMC just left it as is. It smells, is not clean, there are rips and tears in the seats and nearly every living room seat bottom is broken so it feels like you’re going to slide forward off the chair. It used to be so wonderful to have this neighborhood theater. Please make improvements so we don’t lose it!

Disappointed with uncomfortable seats. We couldn't enjoy the Dune-2, seats were way too stiff, narrow making it worse ever experience to watch a movie.

We've seen a few movies here and it's always been clean. We pre-order our snacks and drinks and pick them up before we get to our seats. We've done the delivery system too! Matinee are 30%, that's the best way to see a movie and not go broke.

I went to watch Dune Part 2 and was disappointed with theater experiences like uncomfortable seats, and disrupted projectors. I did not have a great movie experience here, please improve it.

Went to see an audio video production here, wow, amazed how terrible this experience was. I have to assume all AMC theaters are like this at this point based on my only experience post covid. Video: Weird vibration/shimmering happening during high contrast or high motion scenes. Made me and one of my two kids there feel somewhat nauseous. Sound: Poor audio mix, music either too low to even notice, or voices overlapping each other, audio clipping during loud or intense scenes. It could have been the movie i guess, kung fu panda 4, however i've never seen such tin can quality sound presentation at a theater, home or commercial, before. Seats: probably the worst part of the experience as a whole, seats were sub-airplane quality, and appeared to be sloped downwards sort of like anti-homeless/loitering public seating, or those toilets some insane offices install to reduce time on the john on the clock. My kids and i were constantly shifting around, uncomfortable, and sliding off the front of the seats (wear high traction pants if you come here). Talked to the "manager" i guess? they turned up the sound - didn't follow up at all, however their lack of action creates a clear vacuum of space, where the thought, "Never again" now resides. Honestly doubt even if the entire experience, tickets, food, etc, were refunded, we would ever try this specific spot again. Overall, 0 of 3 Stars, as a real world rating, all three things you do at a movie theater were poorly delivered, Watching, Listening to a show, while sitting. Terrible

concession, bar food, wine selections are not as good as when it was Cinetopia. it's just another cinema now, with generally nicer seating options.

It's a movie theater. Not the best, not the worst. The employees are nice.

I know movie theater's are struggling right now, and it shows.

Went to see Dune Pt2, after pre-purchasing tickets and choosing our seats, to be told that the main theater (biggest screen) is closed down, and we have to reselect seats in a smaller theater (and now we can't get seats in the middle of the theater unless we want to be in the first row). No discount or reimbursement, our only option is to get a refund. And there was a dead 'pixel' in the center of the screen. All in all, a two star experience. Not sure I'll ever go back to this location

Our movie theater chairs were completly torn, thankfully the theater was practically empty. Bathroom stalls almost hit toilet, and there was no soap at all in the female bathroom. Customer service was good, friendly and kind.
