Yuubi is truly a hidden gem of Beaverton, where the fish is consistently fresh and of impeccable quality. The staff is super kind and service is top notch. All the sashimi just melts effortlessly in your mouth, offering a tasty combination of flavors. The nigiri selection is unmatched, especially the Truffle Salmon which features truffle oil and black truffle on Dry Aged Ora King Salmon. Another standout is the Scallop Haven, with a mysterious secret topping that's irresistibly delicious. If you're an uni lover, you're in luck -- there are a handful of nigiri dishes that feature uni, usually in combination with another type of sashimi. Some of my favorite rolls are Romeo & Juliet, My Sunshine, and Darkness. I feel like you really can't go wrong with any of the rolls though. Due to the cozy space, reservations made days in advance are highly encouraged because they don't take same-day reservations. Group size is also limited to four people. Yuubi is quickly becoming my go-to sushi destination in Beaverton. If you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out on a spectacular sushi journey!

It was average, but it was expensive. I don't recommend it. We ordered some of side dishes such as fried chicken and Edamame, not good.

The service was quick, and the sushi was some of the best I've ever had. The portions were good, and they had a ton of fresh fish loaded into each bite. We enjoyed the Romeo and Juliet Roll the most but the Scott, Pink Dragon, and Niner were all great too. The Maguro Sashimi was also fantastic. The place felt a bit cramped and every seat was full, but we didn't mind; the quality of food more than made up for it.

10/10! Even as take out, It was hands down the best sushi I've had in town. Paying extra for quality is the way to go. No regrets. Will be coming back for more with friends!

The menu is extensive, but expensive. Most rolls are $18 and higher. The food is delicious, but not a good value. Their fish is very high-quality, but again, overpriced. Staff is very friendly.

What a stellar find. My wife likes the rolls with all the stuff on it. Tempura fried, etc. I am usually not a fan at all of these rolls and prefer simpler stuff. These were surprisingly good. We got a few things, names escape me, along with some sashimi and a5 wagyu with crispy garlic wrapped around rice. Man was that good! A hidden gem, I'm glad we found it. The service was stellar, despite my fears of them using toast and the place was disguised as a single family home. Can't wait to come back!

The other reviews say it all. Make a reservation and go here. I went solo and ordered the Sashimi Moriwase. Plenty of delicious, buttery fish for this hungry guy to go along with the miso soup. The complimentary edamame and hot tea were a nice touch. I wanted to order more - specifically a hand roll - but I was full and satisfied. The staff were on top of it, welcoming and efficient. Wonderful place that I imagine will only get busier and more well known. Great job to the Yuubi team-your hard work and quality service are much appreciated.

We went to Yuubi last night for my fiancée's birthday (our first visit), and we were soooo impressed! This was the finest quality fish we have ever experienced, and it was evident in both the nigiri as well as in the spectacular rolls we had. Wonderful people, so friendly and welcoming, and the sushi was amazing. They even make their own wasabi (with a special ingredient), and the edamame was the best-ever! We will not hesitate to go back and try a variety of items. I also have to say that the sushi rolls had more fish (thicker pieces, more of them, etc.) than we have every seen before, and the flavors of the fish were simple mouth-watering on their own. Hands-down, one of the finest sushi experiences we could ever hope to have! Highly recommended!

Hands down, one of the best sushi restaurants I've had recently! My boyfriend and I had a reservation on a Sunday evening. The restaurant is small and intimate, which the servers made sure to clear your plates when you're finished or will top off your water cup. The sushi is so fresh and absolutely delicious! We ate a variety of sushi, like nigiri, handrolls, sashimi, and sushi roll. Each bite was a delight and the quality of all of the sushi I ate was very high. The service was excellent. The server was very helpful and gave us recommendations that did not disappoint! Overall, I had a wonderful experience and I can't wait to come back and try different rolls!

I just overate at Yuubi, and while I am feeling fat and overly full I have FOMO for what I couldn't order. The space isn't fancy, but the food is. We were greeted and seated immediately and they had edamame, real wasabi, and ginger ready on the table. We started with the "Garlic Breath", which was albacore with garlic galore, and as soon as we put it into our mouths we were astonished--the fish just seemed to melt as we ate it. We rapidly added more and more onto our order (you order by scanning the QR code) and everything came to our table so quickly. The spicy tuna in the Red Pocket was the best spicy tuna I've ever had--it was SPICY, and made my lips numb, but it somehow wasn't too much. So many textures in the rolls, but the fish was definitely in the starring role. It can be pricey, so prepare yourself--but I feel that it was worth it.

This is the second time I am writing about this place. The first time I loved it. But this time, I didn't even get to sit down!! I made the reservation on line. They accepted it. It was for 6 people. If it s your rule not to take big tables, you should have called me. They just canceled my reservation!!! So, we drove 1 hour to go from Camas, WA to Beaverton, I found out that my reservation was canceled by the business. Last time we spent over $400 for the same 6 people. You think I would go back? No way!! This place makes up their own dumb rules. Reservations should be first come first served! And they limit what the customers can take out. As long as I am willing to pay for it, what do you care??? I will swear I won't return and I will tell all my friends and customers about this place - haha Some misinformation I want to update: (1) I talked about booking on line but I didn't. My daughter actually called and a live person answered. She accepted the reservation with full knowledge that it would be 4 adults and 2 kids. If you have a rule limiting the size of the reservation, that person should have spoken up and we can look for another place. But no, the person took the reservation and we came to celebrate our granddaughter's birthday driving an hour to Beaverton. Our daughter arrived first. She spoke to a lady about the reservation but that lady gave the same excuse you did- system error- and she said it in such a way that sounded like we were at fault! Then we arrived. My wife started talking to the same lady and she offered the same excuse plus asking whether we would sit outside. We have kids and like you said "elderly " people in the party. How can we sit outside with the sun going down and wind kicking up? Besides, we made a reservation! Rules are fine, as long as you enforce them no matter who comes in. During the last visit, that same lady told us that we could go around the 4 person rule by having 2 separate reservations. That's why we called to make sure! But, to no avail. That's how the situation went down last night. We ended up going to Koya sushi 5 minutes away. They might not be as fancy but they have fair and good service. You do what you want, it's your business. Good bye! You blame your system, your customers but not your business. As owner, don't you understand that you are ultimately responsible? Keep your system and your choice to choose who you want as customers. Don't forget, I can choose where to spend my money too and it's definitely not at your establishment irrespective of how good the food is.

Amazing find! We're from out of town and happened to be in the area looking for sushi. Don't let it being in a little house fool you. The fish was fresh and flavorful. We got a sashimi set, hamachi Kama, spider roll, uni spoons, chicken karaage and more. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The ambiance felt relaxing to me. And it was easy to either order from the server or through their app. It's a small place so it was quite busy. We are bookmarking this place to come back next time!
