Best sushi we've had in a long time!It's hard to just eat one roll, so we had 3. They were all different, they were all very good, & unique! The Cucumber Jalapeno margarita was also the best I've had in town!Highly recommended!

Good service, nice ambiance. Unfortunately the food was incredibly bland. The pork belly fried rice was tasteless, wet and mushy. The rock shrimp tasted like oil and had almost no flavor in the sauce at all. The sushi rolls were just okay, again very lacking in any actual flavor.$20 per plate we spent $175 for 3 people before tip and left really disappointed.

My husband and I love this place! The fish is always super fresh and the presentation is beautiful. The waitstaff is fantastic and very accommodating. As someone who reacts to gluten, I really appreciate the option to have almost anything on the menu made gluten-free. (They even have a gluten-free "unagi sauce" which is delicious!) Grateful to have a go-to sushi restaurant that is consistently good.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options

Loved the whole experience here everything 10+, whoever the bartender was 12/29/23 was killin it extra tho. Forgot to photo my Toro but I got desert here....oh! And the kiwi specialty sake martini was amazing I forget what its called. Love the Floating water feature too, what a simple neat idea!

Five stars consistent experience every time. They go above and beyond for the quality here. I go weekly and get special rolls with this delicious eggplant small plate, spicy tuna rice cakes and the best salad of all time — romaine with avocado, crab, and black miso dressing. The recent additions of the tacos are fantastic. They are always updating the menu and the drinks are top notch too.

i was surprised to be charged $9 each for a pint of kirin. was just in san diego (recently ranked most expensive place is the usa) and got $7 kirin pints. maybe it’s my fault that i didn’t see the price tag of $9 for a pint in bend? i saw pics of their menu from 2022 and it was $6 large kirin. such a large price increase for less quantity seems excessive.
So yummy! Our waiter was friendly and gave great recommendations to try new things! We always love eating here and any reason.

This restaurant made "Top 25 Things to Do in Bend" list. Something about the art and decor in addition to food. I don't know, the art didn't look any different from stuff you see at, excuse me, hotels. The decor was alright. The food. Well, the fusion was definitely interesting - kiwi on sushi, parmesan in ramen. The combinations did produce wonderful flavor, but why oh why did they put soooooo much salt into everything. I ordered three small plates (too much btw, the food was surprisingly filling) and every one of them was way too salty to fully enjoy.

Sushi here was really good, if not a bit pricey, and service was excellent. Nice downtown Asian vibe. We did not make reservations but got seated immediately. They have a really cool overhead light that is filled with water and gives a shimmery effect to the ground. Definitely recommend.Parking: Give yourself time to find parking or pay the 3 bucks for a parking lot.

I had to write a review on this place. Our family of five was visiting Oregon for the first time and we were craving sushi. As my husband and I started researching reviews on all the places, we started coming to the realization that we were probably going to be settling for some very mediocre sushi. One place that had great reviews was a food truck, another one specialized in conveyer belt sushi (?), and another required reservations and a $10 deposit per person just to make a reservation. Somehow we found Five Fusion and starting reading reviews and looking at pictures posted by other diners.It was a Wednesday night and we called and got a reservation no problem. The bottom floor was fully reserved but they got us a great table on the second level for 5:30pm. We wanted an earlier time since we were bringing our toddler along with us. When we walked in we were shocked at how beautiful the restaurant was. It had a rectangle of water that travels the length of the entire ceiling that looks so cool from the bottom and upper level. The servers/hosts were all so professional and kind, our waters were never empty and empty plates were cleared so promptly. Most importantly, the sushi was seriously some of the best sushi we've ever had. My husband and 12 year old shared a double order of oysters which they loved. We ordered about 7 rolls and 5 orders of nigiri and every single roll was beautiful and delicious. The fish was incredibly fresh. Even our toddler gobbled up two plates of sliced avocado, some tofu cubes and all of his miso from his sippy cup lol.Seriously, we can't recommend this place enough. We paid a lot but we ordered a lot and it was my husabnd's birthday so perfect occasion. Next time we visit Bend we know exactly where we will be dining. Big thanks to this restaurant and the staff for an amazing dining experience on our last night of our vacation.

Clean and inviting throughout with upscale lighting and decor. Sushi was diverse and expertly prepared. Service was great with friendly and knowledgeable staff.
