I’ve been to a lot of restaurants in my life but this one is probably one of the worse. if not, the worst restaurant that I’ve ever ever been in the service was terrible me and my wife we walked in had a seat the The waitress took 10 minutes before she asked us what can I get for you? I told her let us have two pills. It took her 10 minutes to get us our beer. We’re sitting right next to the bar and she asked us. What can I get you to eat? We said let us have some tater tots, and two sandwiches and as we were sitting there, four people came in after us, and they received much better service got their beers and their food before we did, we were there a half hour earlier and she came by and said oh I’m sorry I forgot about those tater tots. It must’ve been a mixup then it took her 10 more minutes before we got our order of tater tots. That’s when we decided The tater tots were so hard they left them in the fryer too long. The sandwich was dry terrible on top of the terrible service. I’ll never ever go to this place again it is the worse.Parking: it is the worst parking terrible along with the service and the food

They say they're open until nine but when we went to get a pizza at 6:45pm, closed with zero information as to why. Not only are they ridiculously over priced, but they can't even be honest with their hours. Don't waste your time on this place. Much better selections in Bend otherwise.

Was closed even though the piece of paper on the door said staffing issues but that they were open til 9. ?♂️ Drove all the way there from sisters to find that out. Obviously google shows them open as well so guess youll want to call to make sure first.

Overheard the kitchen staff making incredibly crass and bigoted remarks that made me feel unwelcome and furious. No food is good enough to override how awful this experience was. Will not be coming back.

This place used to be stellar back in 2015 when I first started coming here. The pizza is still good but the atmosphere is different.

The last “visit” we order the tater tots that came out within 10 min, nuked in a microwave and not edible. Wait staff eating behind the bar and serving at the same time. Patrons that were there at the bar were physically and mentally inebriated. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. Nasty is my word for the overall experience.

Ordered pizza for myself and was put behind other orders with large parties at the bar then order was prepared incorrect due to allergy so needed to be remade. When the order arrived it looked like it was prepared hastily and was waiting on bartender to check out for 15 minutes. Pretty poor service. I still paid full price and tipped according but will not be returning ever again.

The food wasn't good for the price we paid and the girl that worked there was more interested in helping me boyfriend than asking me what I wanted. And this is the place I chose of my birthday dinner. Only thing is the place is really homey and nice. Price was ridiculous. Very unhappy.

Place is changing quick and seems like its on its way to being out of business. They keep raising prices and reducing the quality of their food. Servers are terrible. Sandwiches are $17 for nothing fancy or special. You'd expect at those prices you'd be getting hand cut fries, thick cut bacon, artisan bread, but it's about as good as a to go sandwich from a convenience store. You're better off going down the street to 10 barrel or actually going out to nice dinner place and getting the worth out of your meal. Been going here for 3 years, kinda sucks to write this review but it's the final straw. Won't be back
