Amazing food!!!

Killer brisket, ribs and pork shoulder, carefully smoked low and slow for the best BBQ in central Oregon.

$12 for 3 bottles of water? WOW! Then they blame the president of our country who I can’t stand either. But it’s them that’s over priced! Bad attitude and not cool! I hope it was worth the $11 profit!

Bad Boys BBQ catered our family picnic in Bend and our expectations were blown away! Working with Cindy and Gary was an absolute breeze, they were so sweet and accommodating. I've had BBQ all over the country and Bad Boys stacks up with the best of them. Tender meat, fantastic homemade sauces, fresh sides, good portions...and an overall great value. Highly recommend for your BBQ needs in Central Oregon!

The service and food was awesome! Very good sized meals, they were a blessing at the Sanctuary Barrel Race

We moved from Bend, Oregon to New Bern N. Carolina in May 2020. We constantly hear how incredible NC BBQ is and we keep trying it to see what everyone talks about. And we’re disappointed every time. Because no one does BBQ like Gary and Cindy and Bad Boys BBQ! Can’t tell you how much we miss it! Today I was craving brisket so tried another BBQ place.

They catered our wedding and we still can't get enough! We visit their food trucks often! The owner is great to work with! We had their food truck come on our street in May to service our neighborhood and it was a blast!

Just had the brisket slider and it was hard to make it last. It was fantastic! Thanks for lunch!

Had to literally scream my order because it was "loud" inside so I started off out of sorts. Special sandwich said "Comes with fries!" and it was a little disconcerting when he listed out the non-fry sides instead... heaven forbid I ask a question that I'd have to yell. Anyhoo, meals came out, fairly small sandwich but decent amount of salad. Few tablespoons of beans and about 1/4c slaw on the plate. Beans looked fab, but were undercooked and under-zesty. Slaw was pretty much cabbage tossed with apple cider vinegar. Brisket was falling apart but had a strange texture. It was like smoked corned beef or something, very odd, bit slimy almost. Everyone else was ordering onion rings and fries. Baskets and baskets of them. Frozen pre-made (I could see inside the truck when they got the baggies out), probably the way to go. ;) Really quite sad because the latest reviews sound amazing. But we'll never go back. Which is also sad because we LOVE Bridge 99. p.s. No one in the cart was wearing a mask. Aren't they required to do that these days?? I mean, they didn't before so I'm not overly concerned but every other eating establishment in town I've seen has masks.

Ordered the lemon pepper wings togo. They were great fresh and hot and soooo tasty- I also bought a pound of pulled chicken and we made sandwiches at home. It’s amazing! Wonderful owners and staff keeping things clean and safe!

Great food, wonderful presentation, and exquisite attention to detail. Gary just has a knack of seasoning perfectly so that the meats are tender and succulent! The Side dishes are wonderful and all so different. The desserts are just mouthwatering and beautiful to look at. I’m using them for my family reunion.

If you are looking for some authentic bbq in the northwest this is the spot. Like all BBQ spots in central Oregon the meat is covered in too much sauce to mask the flavor or possibly make the meat appear moist. Ordered the brisket sandwich and unfortunately it was not great and it was without a smoke ring around the edges.

I had the opportunity to meet Gary and his crew at a horse show in Tumalo. He was there the whole week, which gave me a chance to sample his menu. Gary has a real passion for bbq and making people happy through his food. He's not one of those guys that wants to keep everything a secret either. You ask him what's in it? And he'll tell you. His ribs are so meaty and moist and full of flavor! The pulled pork is wonderful! The chicken was moist and had lots of flavor. It was good, but wouldnt be my first choice. But, that's just me. The asparagus spears are "out of this world GOOD!" I'm not an asparagus fan, but I had them twice! Way to go Gary. Your on to something!!!

Great BBQ in Oregon is few and far between. This place hits the nail right on the head. I Stopped in for lunch because I saw it was close to where I worked. Everything I had was amazing. I got a pastrami dog, some onion rings and the shareable French fries. Everything was awesome. Excited to try the brisket sandwich next time I come in.
