We had the extravaganza for 3 adults and a 7 year old. Plenty of food and took home leftovers. The meat fell off the bones of the ribs and was delicious, pulled pork was nice and juicy , brisket was really good, didn't eat to much of the chicken because I was stuffed we also had the burnt ends for an appetizer and that was so good.Parking: Easy parkingKid-friendliness: Kids menu and covered cup for water

I ordered the Brisket Platter. Sadly to say I would have taken a picture of it but I started eating it and it was off the hook delicious!! Also got thier Brownie dessert ( this time got a picture) This is a must.go to place if you are in Bend or go to Bend !!

Brisket was DRY I don’t understand why a restaurant would serve this, shame to see brisket in the garbage. The burnt ends were all hard solid overcooked or chunks of fat with no meat, two good pieces in the plate is unacceptable. The ribs were nothing special and very little meat, they were over cooked just like everything else. By no means bad flavors but lacking quality. I’ve always enjoyed baldys on the east side. Maybe it is just this location
I had 1/2 rack of baby back ribs that had a nice char on them, and a perfect amount of BBQ sauce on them. My boyfriend ordered the brisket plate, and it was very tender! Our food was ready in no time. Lastly, we had the Mac and cheese and what a great surprise. I always get Mac & cheese, but usually eat a few bites and put it down. Not this Mac & cheese! It was delicious.

Best thing was the cole slaw! It was on point & delicious. Beans & brisket were luke warm. Beans too sweet, brisket was tough & dry. Sauce, too sweet. $20 mid day for this plate…$15 would be a little much. So yea, this place isn’t for me. & no I won’t tip you a suggested 24% for ringing something up on Toast. ?Stop using styrofoam. It’s almost 2024, no excuse.
