This review is about my disappointment in my experience with Bethlyn herself, not the food. I contacted Bethlyn through Yelp on 7/10/21 for a private chef experience on 9/18/21 for a Bachlorette party of 12 girls. I spoke with Bethlyn on the phone on 7/11/21 and through text messages to confirm the date and availability. I chose the Mediterranean meal and needed to choose a second appetizer and dessert. I offered to put down a deposit and Bethlyn stated she will email me with the menu and deposit information. The next day I told Bethlyn I have not received the email and she said once I send her my choices for the second appetizer and dessert she will email me my menu along with deposit instructions. I advised Bethlyn I was leaving on vacation and she told me it was no problem and I could take my time to choose. She was even going to make one vegetarian dish for one of the girls. Bethlyn knew how excited we were and stated she was excited for us. This was going to be such a wonderful event for the bride to be. Through our phone conversation and messages, we confirmed the date and she stated I had time to send her my choices. I texted her yesterday 7/23/21 and advised her of my choices for dessert and second appetizer. She replied that someone else had confirmed and booked the date. I was quite disappointed because through our conversation my understanding was we confirmed the date and she was giving me time to choose the additional plates. I had even advised her on 7/16/21 that I was leaving for vacation and she said to take my time. I told her I will get back to her when I had returned. After telling Bethlyn via text I was disappointed, she called me and stated she booked a wedding for 100 people and they put down the deposit and she can't cancel them. I wouldn't want her to have to cancel them but it was okay for her to cancel us as it appeared. I told her I wanted to put down a deposit when I talked to her on 7/11/21 but she stated she would email me. Bethyln stated she was sorry and that she knew this would happen one day because she was a one man show. She said she lost my contact through the thread. I contacted her through Yelp, text message, and gave her my email. There was just no excuse, no reason to forget the date and our conversation thread. There simply wasn't a excuse. I don't see it at all other than she preferred the party of 100. I hate to assume that she chose the wedding of 100 people over a party of 12. I understand she would make more money with the wedding party, but her commitment to my event was important as well. There was no reason for me to believe I was not secured on that date with Bethlyn. She really made me sad, disappointed, and upset. I have never had this kind of service before. Bethlyn stated she would contact others to see if they would help but obviously everyone was booked. The emotions I felt for being let down was not fun. I contemplated on writing this because Bethlyn was nice, but her words didn't mean anything and that is why I am so disappointed. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Bethlyn Global Fusion looked like an amazing experience. The menu and restaurant reviews were phenomenal and I was excited for it. Absolutely amazing. Great flavor, beautiful presentation- Bethlyn puts heart into what she does. Layers of flavor that melt together beautifully! 110% recommend.

Best culinary experience in Central Oregon in a long time! Bethlyn is the queen of the perverbial pantheon of culinary delight! I have never had such a meal where all the participants of the dish played so well together. Bonus points for life. Bear Brained Adventure approved!

Our lunch was so delicious! I had the Korean Bibimbap with the pork, husband had Thai Green Coconut Curry. Service was great as well. Love the location and decor! We will definitely be back.

The food here is amazing! We had avocado tacos, bbq tacos, the green curry meatballs, and the lamb kebab platter. Everything was so delicious. We will definitely be getting many more meals here

Not kidding when I say this, actual worst burger of my entire life, it tasted like a boiled hotdog and bottom bun was totally soggy while top bun was hard as a rock. The quality of food does not match how much they charge. Never going here again and I suggest the same for you...
I can not say enough good things about Bethlyn's Global Fusion. Some nights it's Global Confusion, but it's ALL love and it keeps me on my toes. ;) My family has been enjoying this scrumptious fare since Bethlyn had her food truck on the other side of town. Fun fact: Bethlyn was the head chef over at BTBS years ago and helped spear-head an entire "Herbivore" section of the menu. But I digress... For meat lovers or plant lovers alike, Global Fusion has scintillating options for all. My favorite things are the fried avocado burrito, the vegan pad Thai and the house salad with garlic tahini dressing. Extra points for noting on the menu when food items are Vegan. You can't go wrong with ANY of those big bowls of heaven. Go say hello to Jackie who runs the front and challenge her to any kind of Giants baseball trivia - she's good!

I Just got my meal delivered from uber eats! I have never tried this this place, even when I lived walking distance!! It's amazing omg!!! I had the cauliflower and the lamb gyro! It was still warm and just absolutely the best food I've had in quite a while!

We visited a few months ago and i Haven’t been able to get myself to go back because the value just doesn’t match up with quality and pricing.The asian inspired meals on the menu don’t taste like what they’re labeled as, and there aren’t too many really good vegan options. We ordered 3 very different options to try and one was inedible, one didn’t taste at all like what it was advertised to be, and the other was just alright, super overpriced though.i appreciate the effort to incorporate a few vegan options but i feel like they really miss the mark. they were overpriced and unfortunately lacking in quality and flavor.the owner is SO sweet but the kid at the front looked annoyed that we were there. the coconut limeade (non-alcoholic version) is SOOOO delicious and was our favorite part of the experience.
