I had an interview Tuesday morning, and felt it went well, they told me I would get a call by the end of the week. It is now Sunday and I have not yet received a response, safe to say they ghosted me. Very unprofessional.

A great place to buy bread. English muffins are big seller for good reason. They sell to many local restaurants and have a retail store at the bakery.

So delicious - we got the French baguette and sour dough bread. They really know how to treat their customers and even offer suggestions when asked.

Best local bakery in Bend. I have been a comercial customer of Ed's for over 10 years and highly recommend if you own a local restaurant. I also like the bagels and rosemary english muffins in the storefront open to the public for my personsl use!

Do you like rosemary? Do you like English muffins? Well, how do ya like them ROSEMARY ENGLISH MUFFINS (a Big Ed's specialty)?!?! That's right, these pillows of fluffier-than-your-usual-english-muffin rosemary-laced goodness can be had at Big Ed's and only Big Ed's! I'm sure they have other delicious treats here, and I know that they supply many of the local restaurants with baked goods. I also know that it's worth visiting Big Ed's for the english muffins alone. Yum!

I came here because of the good reviews. I definitely was disappointed. My doughnuts were a mix of fresh almost under cooked and rock hard doughnuts from what I could only assume were old. The coffee was not good, I couldn't finish it and I love caffeine. My bagel was also very underwhelming and hard. The service was good and the lady was nice. Definitely overpriced for what I got

Ever heard of Rosemary English Muffins? You're going to wish you did, they're awesome! If you're a fan of lavash style crackers, these guys make a version that is the best I have ever had, anywhere. I'm calling it Crack because it's beyond addictive. Go ahead, grab a couple, you'll be knibbling on them in the car on the way home. Quality meets value here, they're like $3 a piece. You're welcome

I purchase my sandwiches at Newport Market, the reason I purchase them at Newport is the sandwiches are made on Big Ed's Bread.

Nice people, always saw their commercial but had never been in store. Really nice selection and fun to peer in window of bakery.

So my first experience with their product was the sourdough Rosemary English muffins. They are light and moist with a great savory flavor. I decided to spread a lil Mayo, Dijon and homemade cranberry and throw a couple slices of Turkey and havvarti cheese with some crisp greens. This was one of the best sandwiches. They are perfect size and who says they are only foe breakfast. And now I buy them directly from their store on 1st street. What a great find. I see myself binging on these for a while. Sourdough English muffins aren't just for breakfast anymore!

OMG! So worth going for the smells and leave with a hot pretzel and other yummy locally made breads, pies and other treats for the holiday...or any day!

Incredible everything! Kids love the cinnamon rolls & I can't even explain the the cranberry Gouda dinner rolls. Grabbed some jam last week & of course it was awesome. "Keep it local" is more than a slogan, these people rock!

We found Merry and Ed because of their rosemary English Muffins - no one else makes these and we are now addicted to them! We have become loyal customers and fans of whatever they make - it is all wonderful! Today, we picked up focaccia buns for sandwiches - which are amazing. And when we find a food truck that is using Big Ed's rolls for sandwiches, we have never been disappointed - their breads make the best sandwiches. They're great people and their breads are amazing! We have to support our local bakers during these tough times.
