Reviewing for take out, while restaurant is closed due to coronavirus. 1st, no one was wearing gloves that I could see. Nor masks. I dont know how necessary either is but it would have been reassuring to see them. I watched while the server took the container of salad dressing from cooks, put a lid on it and placed it in with the salad, as per normal times. We went for Valentine’s Day dinner and had an amazing time. I hesitate to make a recommendation online because I don’t want to let the cat out of the bag but Bistro28 has some of the best food in town, amazing service, and a really cool vibe (once you forget your in the athletic center)!
