We visited this restaurant on April 14th 2024. It was the worst experience ever. The manager had absolutely no customer service skills. There were people literally leaving from various tables. The restaurant locked the doors at 730pm. We travel the country and have had many dining experiences. This was by far the worst atmosphere, food, service and staff. The server was kind but she was overworked and they were understaffed. There are major issues at this establishment. They need a complete closure and to liquidate remaining assets. It was terrible, we never even write reviews but this was beyond terrible. Do NOT go to this restaurant!

Looking for something interesting during an overnight stop in Bend, Oregon. We found it at this good looking steakhouse in a large shopping area. My wife had a wonderful "Butter Steak" that was a nicely spiced house specialty while I had some great chili with huge chunks of tender beef and no beans. Almost brought a tear to my eyes it was so flavorful and spicy! We shared their large house special salad, unique and loaded with lots of goodies. Overall a memorable experience.

Pretty dam cozy place to grub. The genuine hospitality of the staff and positive energy added to make a seriously killer atmosphere. Food was amazing, shelby and Allison were beyond helpful in making sure we had a great meal and plenty to eat. And were very communicative. I'm Definitely going again, and highly recommend stopping in for a bite.

Had the prime rib and ribeye steak. Excellent!! Baked potato was perfect. Mashed potatoes too! Had mushrooms. Green beans were perfectly al dente. So good. And Zinfandel. What a great meal!! No wait. So surprising in Bend. Not the good and service. The lack of wait!

This place is underrated. The food is excellent the prices are fair and the quality is superb. I am always surprised by the lack of a wait for such a great restaurant.

The waitress was great, but I feel terrible for her.New menu, which is OK. However they were out of prime rib which isn't uncommon as it was late in the evening, they were also unable to make the Shepards pie, the potato skins, and Mac n cheese bites. Then I ordered the butter steak which is always good, but this time it was hard and chewy. The waitress was nice enough to replace it with a filet, which was honestly chewy too but I didn't want to cause her any more hassle so I ate half of it for $49.Then the bill comes, party of 10 so there is an added gratuity which is standard, and I planned on giving the waitress a good tip anyhow for her troubles. My added Gratuity was 26%!What a rip off.My first experience here was good, sad that it's going down hill so fast.I really hope the lovely waitress finds a better job at a place that's managed well. I can't imagine spending all night telling people they're out of everything. Bad management like this is why good employees leave. Will not be back

Made reservation 2 days in advance. Didn't have enough seats. Then waited 1.5 hrs for the food. Most came wrong. One had a hair on their baked potatoes. Then required 20% gratuity which is understandable unless the service and food was terrible for $40 a plate. Which it was. Will never go back.

Was good in the beginning. Open kitchen design only works when the "Head Chef" has a basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene. He whipped his face and his pants several times. He then drops tickets on the floor picking them up making contact with the floor, then with those same bare hands manipulating food before sending out. Food quality has absolutely tanked too! Even the baked potatoes are soo salted they are inedible.
