I ordered a burger when they weren’t busy. I waited 35 minutes!!! For a burger! I then received a text saying my food was ready, nope! Had to wait another 10 minutes! The best part though is that I stood there watching them plate my food the chef got something on his hand and proceeded to lick it off!!!

Bluma’s just got a new menu and it is really good! Had a pineapple and teriyaki burger tonight and I really enjoyed the change. Green bean side is still great for any dish. Crosscut remains a great place to watch the sunset.

Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken was lunch meat thin and the sauce, honey and Frank’s red hot. Overpriced and underwhelming. Taking the time here to say please save your money.

Me and my wife decided to go and have us some chicken and waffles. We stopped at bluma’s we heard it was a good place the best I walked up to the truck, getting ready to order The guy looked at me, turned his back, walked out the door and went and had a cigarette. I couldn’t believe it I walked back to the car and my wife said did he just walk away from you I said yeah. we waited 15 minutes till he decided to go back to the truck. I got out, walked over to the truck he never even looked at me and I said i’m ready to order he turned his back never even helped me. tall guy, kind of heavy, thick beard they should fire him. I’ll never recommend or eat there ever, worst of the worst.
Ordered sweet potato fries, bacon wrapped figs and blistered green beans over door dash. Fries were literally completely black, bacon too hard to eat and the green beans were somehow both ice cold and burnt, also dry. I work as a cook and this is unbelievable. Clear that the fryer oil was way too old/dirty to cook with. Either the sunday night crew doesn’t know what they’re doing (how to use a fryer) or they just don’t care. It was a door dash so I’m guessing it’s at least the latter. They don’t have to look those customers in the eye as they give them garbage.

Just grabbed the bacon wrapped fig appetizer and it was awesome. The honey drizzle and balsamic reduction on top of a bed of arugula, such great flavor combos. Definitely recommend especially pairing with a nice fresh hop IPA.
