I asked for no sauce on my sandwich. But they still put mayonnaise on it. When I came back to see if they would remake it for me at no cost, they offered me 10% off. No. Not okay. This was your mistake. I didn't eat the sandwich. I'll never be back again. Also bad move on the manager. She handled it horribly.

A diverse staff of all ages were friendly and attentive. Enjoyed The Canna (an Italian) sub and thought the 420 theme was unique. Will visit again.Parking: Shares the parking lot with many other busy businesses. Had to drive around a couple times to find a spot.

After a day of skiing, we decided to grab lunch. This was our first visit. As we walked in we discovered they offer a 10% discount on meals if you show your ski pass when you order at the bar—don't forget to bring it along! We ordered the La Canna, (Italian) and the KGB, (roast beef and horseradish) sandwiches on white bread. Served open-faced with melted cheese on white bread, though next time I'll try their signature garlic bread. They were both absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is quirky and relaxed, with the added flexible walls that can open when the weather is warmer—a nice touch. They also host various events throughout the week-added a picture of the chalkboard. If you're in the mood for something unique and laid-back, give this place a try. Plus, they're dog-friendly, which is a bonus!Parking: There are other businesses that compete for parking plus the parking places seems to favor smaller vehicles.

The "French Dip" sub I got was mediocre at best. Cheese was supposed to be melted but it was just barely soft, like it was half way warmed and then hardened again on the sandwich, and it was completely tasteless cheese. Onions and mushrooms were horrible raw on it. I thought they were supposed to be sauted/cooked but I may have made that up in my head. I just took all the cheese and mushrooms and onions off and it was at least bearable. Pretty dry even with the ajou. The roast beef and bread were good by themselves but the sandwich overall sucked. The home made rice Krispy treats were bomb though. The way they are supposed to be. Way better than the stuff you buy in stores. So far for me that's their only perk, at least for the lunch sub portion. But I only got one sub and I could have just been the unlucky one of the hour. I know how it goes in the service industry.
