Best pizza in town, certainly the best crust. No delivery, but call and pick-up available. Last couple times they have been 15+ minutes late to the ready time they gave me to pickup on the south side of town, so factor that in when ordering. Otherwise great spot for pizza and a local classic.
Higher prices, lower quality, worse service. Hard to say because we loved it for years…. Not the same place anymore. With so many quality places with good service I would try somewhere else next time.

Have enjoyed Cibelli's Pizza across all of their Central Oregon locations for many years. Recently have placed several large orders for some company events. The pizza is always amazing - best pizza in Central Oregon. But the service and all of the employees are absolutely outstanding! They are kind, fast, and always eager to go out of their way to provide the best customer serivice. Cannot say enough good things about Cibelli's and their team!!! Will return again and again!

Called in a pizza, extra mushrooms cost $19On an 18 pizza making it a $49 18’ pizza. I really am a kind person, but that is ridiculous, manager agreed. What can we do to make this right? Full refund if brought back. Or return pizza and wait another hour and ten minutes for a pizza with no extra mushrooms for $31. Free market dictates this business does not get my money and I enjoy telling the story to my friends so they can avoid the same unsavory experience

Today the staff was hustling, they were so kind when I messed up and ordered at the Bend location. I was mortified. Didn't know what to do and they just sympathize and offered to make a pizza in 20 min. They are busy but they took care of me. During my whole sitting and waiting I saw how positive and hard working they were. Nice crew, in the past I was grouchy and have some personal eh reviews but I think I was wrong. Good pizza with very nice and respectful crew. High respect from me for these excellent individuals. Thanks for understanding customer service and being so kind.

Wanted to order a large Hawaiian. Pineapple on the whole pie. Ham on just half . Ask if they could put all the ham on the 1 side. NO. That would be double ham and cost Xtra. Why would it cost Xtra? Same amount of product. Oh well. I went to Papa M. Peace and love.

Great pizza, but I've discovered that costco 2 minutes away has the exact same pizza, at 1/4th the price. I also discovered that you don't need to have a membership to just walk in an get a giant NY pizza, for 9.99
