I can’t say enough about the service at the Bend location. I am out of town across the country and I placed a cookie order for delivery. I put the address in wrong but Joe G., the driver called me for directions. I was in a conference so I could not talk to him. He took the cookies back to the shop and the manager Kristen called me. They took the cookies back out for delivery that afternoon and they were so nice. They helped me and I would give this team 5 STARS all day long. Great job and thank you.

They hit more than miss - yummy cookies that are large (but pricey) and may not be everyone's cup of tea. They will always have a chocolate chip version each week and then rotate out the other flavors. The staff at this location is friendly, and service is quick (you can order yourself at kiosks). Start that diet on Monday and go treat yourself.

Save your money and buy a $5 bag of cookies from the grocery store. Absolutely no flavor, was greasy, and undercooked. Not worth it.

Kristen, the manager at the Bend Crumbl made my whole week, by making sure we were cookie set for a birthday party!! Beyond just my most recent visit, this location is always great, the cookies are always amazing and the staff is friendly and helpful!

Good cookies, with some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The interaction i had with the manager over an issue with an order was so bad that we just went from weekly customers to going back to good old Richard's Donuts for fulfilling my sweet tooth. At least there they treat customers with respect.

Fun in theory, but 6 cookies for $25, and the cookies are so rich that they are hard to eat, even the ones without frosting are super rich.

The idea of this place is better than the actually cookies. We walked in to a clean, bright and friendly store and walked out with raw cookies and cookie that weren't made as advertised. Service was great, cookies were garbage.

It’s so fun to treat my family and myself to a Crumbl cookie. I love that the flavors are both same for certain ones and new flavors for the other half. Constantly, a chocolate chip cookie was original favorite and I love the cotton candy, the lemon, the caramel cheesecake, the rocky road, the cookie dough, and new flavors that you could never think of yourself. Today was a purchase of a chocolate chip cookie original, and a chocolate chip cookie dough, which was enjoyed by my sister-in-law and three kids. I can’t wait for next week to see what’s up and new
