30minutes before close and doors are locked. Drove through closed. Employee cars out front running and they see me trying to enter but nothing. Terrible ownership and horrible employees. Shut this place down asap.

Today at 1:17pm I went to this location because I was craving their chicken strips and cheese curds. I had just gotten done grocery shopping and was absolutely starving. I ordered a 2 piece chicken strip kids meal with fries and a milk for my son and a 4 piece chicken strip basket with a side of cheese curds for myself. When I got to the window to pay, I was informed they were out of cheese curds (no big deal) and she just took it off my order. I paid for my food and quickly after that, received my food and drove away. I live very close to this location so I drove straight home ready to eat my food and it was cold. Room temperature French fries, overly butter soaked soggy bread, and extremely dry and inedible chicken strips at best. My son's meal was the same way. Extremely disappointing as this was my favorite location but we won't be back.

Went to buy the 4 piece chicken strip basket today and they raised their prices for the second time in 2 months. At the end of December the meal was $9.16 then in January they raised it to $10.16 which fine I understand. Today I attempted to buy the same meal and they raised the prices again, it’s now $12.16. A $3 price raise in 2 month is just outrageous. Guess I’m done with this establishment for price gauging customers.

Avoid this place! Dq should revoke franchise license. This place fell off a cliff during covid and never came back. No staff working. No uniforms. Just random people standing around. Nobody working the order area. People leave the drive through after waiting 20 mins. Sketchy peeps working. Avoid.

I come here to pick up doordashes often. Every time I’m there, someone is standing at the counter who has not yet been helped and NO ONE from the crew even acknowledges them. No one says “We’ll be right with you” or even apologizes for the wait. They just stand there being ignored.Every. Single. Time.It can be 15-20 minutes of someone standing at the counter not being acknowledged at all. They don’t acknowledge me either hardly ever, but I’m just there for pick up orders so it doesn’t bother me. I think it’s terrible how they treat paying customers with no respect.

We have been here multiple times, each time the service is slow food quality has been poor and every time they’re out of various items. One time they were fully out of vanilla ice cream. We went tonight and had to go through the drive through two time because after getting our food out of the bag it was soggy and cold.

My wife and I love Dairy Queen, and literally the last five times we’ve been to this place. Our order has been messed up or there’s literally not even people working at all. I agree with some of the other reviews that this has got to be the worst manage Dairy Queen in the history of dairy Queens.

The two Dairy Queens in Bend OR are the worst run fast food joints I have ever been to in my 46 years on the planet. The owner of this establishment should be released of his franchise. My kids will no longer go to this restaurant, and I made the mistake of accepting a DoorDash order this evening and their drive-through line is at a standstill and they’ve closed their front lobby. On a Saturday. Very often when visiting these locations the lobbies are locked and closed due to understaffing. I’ve had several mistaken orders with my family and now my entire night messed up.l trying to earn a living. Shame on the owner of this joint.

I've now been sitting in the drive through for 20 min and there are still 2 cars in front of me. It's like no one works. I get they may be short staffed but this DQ needs to get it figured out. I've been here twice and I don't think I'll be returning.

Showed up at 130 with 10 people to eat in. Lobby hours 10-10. All doors locked. No sign outside to indicate why. People clearly inside working the drive thru. Call and no one answers after 2min of waiting on hold.It’s one thing to close the lobby if your short staffed, but at least make it known for all the people trying to come inside.

Does anyone work here? I'm done trying. The drive through line doesn't move and the lobby doors are always locked. This place is a joke. I've been trying all summer. We always end up going to sonic.
