I’m having one of those meals I never want to forget.Like why am I losing my mind over these carrots????Honestly everything was fantastic, but I’m going to be thinking about how to recreate these carrots for weeks LOLOrdered: polenta, honey roasted heirloom carrots , Mediterranean mussels, crimson & clover cocktail

My first time at Dear Irene. I was a little intimidated by everything. The front desk person was kind and helpful. The decor is beautiful. The forgrai French toast was amazing and all the starters. I had the steelhead it was so good. For dessert we had matcha tres leches and it was so good. The Crimson drink was delicious. The waitress was super helpful and kind. The only thing is it is supper loud with all the people talking and the bill was $230ish. It's definitely worth the price. I Wish I could afford to eat there all the time.

Really impressed! Truly excellent food, great atmosphere and service. The two starters we had were particularly memorable: Lamb tongue and arancini. But everything was very very good. Yum!

My partner and I dined here for my birthday. We tried 4 of their cocktails all which were fantastic! (All the Irene named ones were fun-) We had the carrots, the seasonal burrata and the scallops. Every dish was delightful. We had the figgy dessert with a cardamon whipped cream-get this for sure. Not only was the service top notch but the decor is so amazing! I appreciated the care they took to curate the vibe. We can’t say enough. Our new fav spot in Bend!

The food was delicious and elevated! It was wonderful to be able to share the appetizers. The dinners were delicious and not so large that it was overwhelming to eat. The atmosphere is magical and feels like you are in a very special place. The server was incredibly professional and also very friendly with great suggestions.

Atmosphere is beautiful , the food was delicious . Everything was perfection from the appetizers , entree to dessert. The cocktails are superb and the service was incredible. I'm not sure I want to go anywhere else in Bend now. Finally a restaurant in Bend that pays attention to every pleasing detail .

We've been to Dear Irene twice now- once for dinner with friends and most recently for birthday drinks before another dinner reservation. The ambiance is very speakeasy-esque and the menu is simple but exquisite. If you need lots of options (that aren't whiskey/bourbon), this might not be the spot for you, but if you want top notch service and even better food...make a reservation now. It's always on our short list of recommendations for Bend!

Best whiskey selection in Central Oregon, and very reasonable pour prices for rare bottles. Also they serve neat pours in the proper glass! Food was outstanding, service by Sarina was exceptional. Vibe is cool. A welcome addition to the Bend food scene. Can't wait to return!

this was a really good experience. we forgot to make reservations so we called and got on the list which was really nice. the cocktails were really good, pretty decent wine list and after dinner drinks were spot on. the starters and salads were the stars of the show - we loved them. the mains were just okay which is why it's a 4 star vs a 5 star review. overall ambiance was nice with the wallpaper, music and sitting by the bar watching the drinks being made.

I had bookmarked this spot a few months ago, but J and I have the bad habit of returning to our favorite spots almost exclusively, so I am a bit slow at moving down my list of "must try"s Luckily I was able to reserve the last two bar seats at 5:30 on a Saturday night--and I am so glad that I did. First thing I noticed--- nice vibes. The hostess was lovely and sat us right away. Cocktails were excellent--Crimson & Clover and We ordered: Crab Arancini--best I have had, light and creamy Croque Madame-yum Diver Scallops-excellent We will definitely return soon Highly recommend.

We went to Dear Irene for our 9 month anniversary on Wednesday (2/21) and the whole experience was lovely, well curated and would 10/10 recommend the food, cocktails, vibe and service. We enjoyed the Japanese Hamachi Crudo*, the Citrus Burrata Salad, the Seared Diver Scallops* and the Columbia River Steelhead. Our cocktails were perfection and quite unique; he enjoyed the Notorious F.I.G. and I enjoyed the Sage Advice. The atmosphere was great, the serving staff were hospitable and well-versed in their offerings and the food/beverages lived up to the hype. Originally thought this would be great place for special events and anniversaries but honestly, with reservations, would be a great “standard night out” place for singles, friends and couples.

Visiting Bend for the weekend, and while we were exploring the town, we came across Dear, Irene. What a pleasant surprise The ambience drew us in. It was a very classy establishment. Service was incredible. Brian was our bartender and he was absolutely excellent. The place was packed and Brian not only handled the rush well he appeared to make a connection with each person in his area. The food and drinks were excellent. I would highly recommend stopping by this place if you’re looking for great cocktails and delicious food if you have a chance, I recommend making a reservation due to the fact that it seems like the place gets pretty busy.
