I love this Dutch bros. Although it’s hard to get to sometimes and hard to pull out of, they are my favorite. But I have one complaint which is why I’ve come here to do a review. I have ordered decaf coffee from them a few times because for health reasons, I can’t have caffeine. Normally I've gotten a free drink when I've had such a long wait... Over 30 mins, couldn't get out of line due to people behind and the curb... Barely an I'm sorry for your wait, only after I made a comment.

While this is my favorite Dutch Bros location in Bend due to its proximity to South bound 97, it has been missing the mark lately.
