This has to be the friendliest staff I have encountered in such a long time. I am from out of town and came here to work on my laptop for the afternoon. They had no problem with me overstaying my welcome and getting work done for 4 hours. During that time I listened to them interact with all of the customers and couldn't believe how amazing they treated every single person! From accommodating and sitting down to chat with customers with special needs to checking on me and others throughout the day. They were so polite, so friendly, and really made every person that walked in feel special!! Plus my smoothie was delicious. I told them the flavors I gravitate towards and they made me something special. I loved it. Very Affordable. This $6 smoothie would have cost me $20 in LA. Just giving them the shoutout they very much deserve.

First time here and probably the last. Watched them pour torani syrup into the guava smoothie. For a company whose entire website is promoting health and fitness you should probably at least use frozen fruit not liquified fake sugar.Also the bathroom was super dirty, there were pubes all over the toiletGirls behind the counter were sweet though

Best smoothies in Bend, I stop by every time I'm in town. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. If there's a line it moves fast. Tons of fresh juice, smoothie, and bowl options so you're guaranteed to find something you like. Can't wait to get back

The customer service has always been great and today it skyrocketed to a new level. The two gentlemen working there get A+. I love their smoothies too. I like that I can ask for a smoothie without additional juice or syrup and just the fruit and they were happy to accommodate. Thank you emerald city smoothie!

I ordered orange twister and I could barely taste any fruit in it, it was basically protein powder with no fruit at all! It tasted awful. The place is filthy, the walls are disgustingly dirty and splashed all over, the floor was so dirty that I could feel my shoes sticking. Never going back to this place.

The young folks working the counter were awesome! But those restrooms hadn't seen a clean in months at the least. I won't buy food or drinks from a place that doesn't clean the restroom more than every few months. Sad this is my last smoothie from Emerald.

Great smoothies - kinda false advertising for this location. Pictures show açaí bowls. Came here for one. Settled for a smoothie. Not at all disappointed in that! Disappointed they didn't have what seemed like a promise.

My boyfriend and I have been going to Emerald City Smoothie every weekend for two months now and always get a Sambazon. We usually go to the West Side location and they are always great staff and smoothies but we were on the East Side today and decided to stop by this location. Extremely disappointed. The girl working the counter was very rude and was throwing things around and rolling her eyes, you can tell she hates her job. We could already tell by the color of the smoothie in the blender that it was not right. We kindly asked if she could remake it, which she did but was rude about it. Got the second smoothie and left the building. When we got in the car, we tried them and it was the same as before then we opened them and she had only filled them half way! So disappointing when you pay $14 for smoothies and also tip to receive a bad smoothie and awful and rude service. Will not be going back to this location.
