Had an experience where I had been waiting quite a long time for a door dash order that I was delivering and they accidentally gave the order to another customer when it was ready. Trask, who was the manager on shift, went above and beyond to make it right for me and he absolutely did not have to

Very over priced. In N out is better and a third of the cost. This place is about $3 a bite of food.

Amazing as always. My burger had the wrong toppings ( they added some my husband ordered) they fixed it fast and let us keep the messed up burger and we brought it home for our son to eat after school!

Placed an online order for burgers and fries, no one was working the counter when I got there. After I got my order home, they completely undercooked our burgers. Called the restaurant and told them I wasn't coming down but wanted to let them know. They offered me no remedies to the situation.

We paid $92, including a $9 tip just to have to dispense our own drinks and to have our entire order messed up. They put the wrong condiments on everything, so we had to come home, scrape it off, and add our own. Such a waste of money and time. This place has become a total dumpster fire.

It’s the same as every other Five Guys, with pleasant and prompt service. I got a small burger and fries, but if you know you know, they don’t do small. That’s also reflected in the price you pay versus small portions at other places. But in all fairness I’m good with the prices if the employees are making a better wage.Parking: 30-40 spots with availability even during the busy times.Kid-friendliness: I witnessed the staff shops mother and father with two kids with extra supplies like knives to chop the food up to manageable sizes. Super helpful for the little ones.

Please, please I beg of you don’t do this. Do not waste your money. $20 bucks for a mediocre burger and undercooked fries. It is so not worth it I promise, you can do better. The service sucks, the food’s mediocre, and the atmosphere is uncomfortable. I’m sorry y’all, I have never written a bad review in my life but this place is so overrated, your stomach and wallet will both regret going here. The shakes are kinda good though ?, better than everything else on the menu.
