Great for breakfast or lunch bowls. They tend to go heavy on the carbs though, the ratio of rice or quinoa to veggies makes them too dry for my preference. Absolutely adored the breakfast sandwiches at this vegan restaurant. The ambiance is super cool, and the flavors of our sandwiches were spot-on. Tried both the IT Sando and the Garden Veggie Sando, and they were fantastic. The combination of greens and vegan sauces makes the flavors pop.
