Putting the word Neapolitan in the menu to describe this style of pizza is IMHO misleading. It doesn't really have much in common with a true neapolitan pizza and the dough was too "tough" to chew. It doesn't warrant the price tag or name. I picked it based on Yelp reviews but this pizza was a letdown unfortunately.

I understand the staffing issue in Bend now. However, I was able to make a reservation online yesterday, and we showed up to a sign on the door saying they were closed due to staffing. Things happen, but don't allow online reservations if you are not able to accommodate them. Not good business! Thank you, Pastini, for accommodating my family of seven!! You really came through!!!!

YUM! Reminded us of the pizzas we enjoyed in Naples Italy! Our server was the best (didn't catch her name but she was also the bartender). Would recommend this for those of us who can't get enough of that thin crisp flavorful pizza! We sat outside and enjoyed the weather and passing pups. Thanks Flatbread!

Never purchased anything from this store, but decided to give it a try. I called them and the phone message said they accept online orders only. OK. That's strange but I'll shop online. I went online and after choosing my pizza I go to pay. Then I get this message: online orders not available. Grr. I called the restaurant and asked how I can get a pizza. She told me to go back online. When I said I want to order over the phone the young female got testy with me. A store that makes it so difficult to order a simple pizza does not deserve my business.

Dropped in for a meat-free lunch with outdoor seating and this was just right. Outdoor seating was out of the wind but in the shade so bundle up in the winter and spring. Had delicious fondue, kale salad, wedge salad, mac&cheese done right, and the Neapolitan thin crust pizza. Server was newer but friendly and got everything right. Would gladly come back.

Went for a bike ride along the river and then headed to Flatbread for lunch with the crew. They staff were fabulous, really kind and welcoming. Important tip for those with kids, they no longer allow kids to do the "make your own pizza" even though it is still advertised on the menu. That said, the pizza making station and oven are on display and the kids can watch the magic happen which of course they loved. The food was very good, not the best pizza of all time, but a solid 4 stars. We had the sicilian meatballs based on Yelp recs and they were very good as was the melted cheese and red pepper appetizer. The kale salad was very good and the chicken and walnut salad was fine. Pizza-wise we got the carmelized fennel and sausage (excellent), margarita (classic and good), the bbq chicken (it was fine but needed more bbq sauce), and the bianco magnifico (very good). The kids had the kids pepperoni which they said was delicious. We also tried one of the flatbreads, the farmhouse, which was good but didn't blow us away. All in all a good lunch, welcoming and good for kids, would come back if we were in the area.

We live in Bend and come in every once and awhile. They are almost always low on wine or other items at the bar. But more than that the service is awful. Slow, waitresses sitting around and chatting. Food takes a long time. We don't come that often for a reason

Great food great service. Our waiter was amazing, so sweet and so kind. He was very accommodating. I even left my phone there and one of the hostesses ran across the parking lot/pond(sprinted), to bring me my phone. she had glasses and a very cute ponytail. She deserves billions of dollars to be thrown On her body (in a nonsexual way)

Great hidden gem in a popular shopping center. What caught my eye was the raving cocktail reviews and lunch special; I never past up a deal. Had a late lunch at 3pm and ordered the pomegranate mojito and my partner ordered the blackberry basil mule, both were delicious and worth the $13 each. Pomegranate mojito was on the sour side but that's how I like it, so keep that in mind when ordering. We started with the Sicilian meatballs, which seemed to be really popular as everyone there had ordered them and I can't tell you how fast my partner ate them up. I am sad about not having any photos to share because we ate so fast; that's how good everything was. Point being, if you like meatballs, order them; they are a must. We both ordered off the pick two lunch menu and it was a steal of a deal. I got the mac-n-cheese with the chicken apple walnut salad and my partner got the pepperoni, sausage, and Portobello mushroom pizza, also with the chicken apple walnut salad. Everything was top notch and sooooo good *chefs kiss* I wish I could go back and eat here once a week because I would. After finishing and paying, my partner and I were about to walk out the door and were stopped by a gentleman aka the owner, to acknowledge our meal and experience. It was so refreshing to be greeted by him and genuinely asked how our meal was and if we were enjoying Bend. Overall great customer service, genuine hospitality, and fresh, delicious food. You won't be disappointed.

Really cool Low Key place. Good food and drinks. Nice to see the fire burning in pizza oven while dining. A nice stop for sure. ?

Good spot to bring the family after enjoying a hike , walk, float or skate session near by. Also good after some shopping or before/after a catching a movie. Fast friendly service and good offerings. We'll definitely be back.

Haven't been here in awhile and this experience made me realize I need to come more!!! I'm not a pizza person and I forget they have so much more but their pizza is also delicious. I normally come for the fondue but this time got their lunch deal. It was such a good deal and so yummy. I chose Mac n cheese and just a plain pizza and my friend chose soup and pizza. We asked for it to go because we wanted to go picnic in the sun. We need up pretty far from the restaurant and she still brought it all out to us and was so sweet!!

Calm vibes, great food, strange playlist but it was still cool! I recommend the neapolitan style pizza
