This used to be my favorite food cart in Bend, however, the meat portions in the two bowls we ordered this week were a bit weak. Hope you like rice!I will say that I'm impressed by the management / owner response and dedication to service.

Excellent experience! I recently hosted an engagement party for my sister and used A La Carte for a DIY taco bar. There aren't enough words to describe how amazing the customer service was! Brandon was willing to work closely with me and went out of his way to make the event so successful, even down to the smallest details! The food was crazy delicious and plentiful, my sis is fully planning on using them to cater her wedding next year :) :)

Yikes all around. The cashier/cook was rude and unwelcoming. I got the pineapple shrimp bowl because it sounded really good. It was not. There was almost no flavor. The best part was probably the chipotle sour cream but there was hardly any of it. It was mostly rice. The shrimp was okay but very lightly spiced. Also got an order of the garlic Parmesan fries. Ate a couple of them but ended up throwing the box away. Not worth it.

I ventured to á LA Cart to snag some Gorganzola Bacon fries and a Pineapple Shrimp rice bowl.Flavor overload! Perfectly cooked and flavored shoestring French fries, amazing chunky bacon ? ? fresh gorganzolafresh chive and shredded raddish to top a plateful of delectable fries!All paired with a Kombucha for me, and Acai Mint Cider for the lady, lunch was complete.Very quick service and super tasty, a nice sun warmed bench greeted usParking: It's worth the walk any day, even from a block away at busy times.Kid-friendliness: Children of all ages mingle about and enjoy a dish to suit each palate easily, with 3 other food trucks @thelotbend . The shrimp tacos were really good and flavorful!! The service was super friendly and FAST! I do wish the corn tortillas were warmed up a little bit but that’s just my preference :) Keep killing it !
The thin Parmesan fries were good, and we had three different bowls between us. The curry bowl got the highest praise in the group. The shrimp and veggie bowls got a 4/5.

Got their pineapple shrimp bowl. It's supposed to be their most popular dish.... It was BLAND as could be. Rice had NO TASTE, there was a surplus of cabbage in the bowl, shrimp was yellow from the pineapple, but had NO TASTE whatsoever. I tried to add their salsas, but the they were ALSO BLAND.

Nicely presented food but not edible. The meat is extremely salty and fatty. The salsa just feels jarred. Overall couldn't eat much since it just tasted like salt and lime. I have almost a 100% confidence the staff has never eaten their own food.

Went here the other day and tried their Carne Asada Rice bowl. Great choice! Very tasty, and then when you add the pineapple salsa...yum!!! They were super quick to get my order out and friendly. I will be coming back.

Absolutely delicious! We tried the curry pork taco, the carne asada taco, and the mint lemonade. Both tacos were great but the curry pork taco was our favorite. Convenient outdoor seating: covered + heated, uncovered benches, and table top fire pit seating available. Highly recommend.
