Went tonight and boy was the bill extreme. 16 dollar cocktails? I could and should have bought a bottle of premium tequila for just the drink price. This is well tequila they use mind you. The food was good but Hola is overpriced overall. Gouging locals no doubt because they offer a local “cantina” experience. Not worth it. I can make bomb Mexican food at home for a fraction of the cost with a platinum bottle of tequila. Sorry Hola I won’t be back. You made me look stupid on my dinner date. Like you’re not raking in enough dough. How about a happy hour once in a while? Or a locals discount? Greed is a hell of a thing. Oh and I’m from SoCal and by comparison this is garbage compared to what I’m used to. Do better.

I love this place but need more options with veggies. The temperature in the restaurant is hard to keep warm when the door keeps opening to let more patrons in. So I understand why heat is up so high that my husband had to take his sweatshirt off. Thanks for the dinner and the show ?

I don’t know where to start !! This establishment deserves more than 5 stars !! First let me give comment on the gentleman who answered the phone and was beyond polite we arrived late around 45 minutes after we ordered (we’re from California and relocating got lost ) long story short the food was hot ! And Delish !! I was amazed how fresh the lettuce was on the fish tacos how crispy the breading was and the black frijoles !! WOW I am impressed considering I am venturing into owning a Authentic Mexican Restaurant bringing my food from my California kitchen to your plates in bend Oregon but I can say this place is definitely not competition if anything I hope we become amazing neighbors in the food industry because y’all food is OUTSTANDING AND AMAZING !!! Keep up the great work and continue to deliver fresh greatness because I got exactly that! ???

Great service. Food underwhelming. I had the ribs and the sauce was delicious. Presentation also beautiful. But the ribs were sitting atop the sauce so i ate a few without the sauce until i realized they were unsauced. Very bland withoit the sauce. Im confused as to why they werent smothered in that wonderful orange sauce.

Fast service. Great for a call in order to pick up. Dine in is consistently busy, great drink selection if choosing to dine in. Food always very tasty and decent portions for the price.Parking: Most parking available in nearby Safeway parking lot.

Pleasantly impressed with my experience at Hola! I had seafood dish that was very tasty with large portions. Guacamole was made at table side was very fresh products and was amazing.

Hola Restaurant Bend Awful. Stay away! 903084966 Waited 1 and 1/2 hrs for dinner. We had ordered drinks and simply requested that the kitchen give us a bit of time to have our cocktails before bringing the plates. An hour plus later, we had to flag down the absent waiter — who had FORGOTTEN our order. 30 minutes later, no dinner. We tried to cancel the order at that point, which promoted the waiter to immediately come over and begin ARGUING with us. To add insult to injury, he VERY STUBBORNLY insisted that it was our fault, because he was so busy. No apologies for the inconvenience or massive delay. I’ve never met a server with such an apathetic, unfriendly and openly hostile attitude towards customers. We still cannot believe this response and we’ll never visit this chaotic joint again. An awful experience. Summary: Eat someplace else… ! I
