We went to Ida’s cupcake in Redmond location twice. We love the cupcakes. It’s the best cupcakes we ever had. However I would not go back there again because of the unfriendliness of the staff. The young ladies that work there are not friendly at all. They are so awkwardly unfriendly and made my kids and myself feel very uncomfortable both times. I don’t know if the bend locations are better but I doubt it. Goodbye Ida’s. Not worth it !!!

Had a carrot cake and lemon poppy seed with raspberry frosting cupcake and both were fantastic. It was very moist and the icing was delicious. Icing was a bit heavy but better than too little! ? Definitely want to go back and try the peanut butter cupcake next.

Due to an emergency, we found ourselves short 200 mini cupcakes we were supposed to contribute to a wedding dessert table. I called Ida's and explained my plight. Emily remained calm, walked me through placing the order and estimated a pick up time. What a relief to load the cupcakes into the car and take off to the wedding. Thank you, Emily, for making the impossible happen. The cupcakes were very popular and we will be back!

We found this place after hiking all day in the hills nearby. We didn't have many expectations, but regardless, they were surpassed. They don't frost the cupcakes until you order, and you can choose any combo of cake and frosting-- such a great option. We ordered chocolate/oreo, red velvet/cream cheese, lemon poppy/strawberry, and pumpkin/cream cheese. They were all winners. The cake stayed moist and the flavors were delicious!

They build the cupcakes to order, so you can choose any flavor combination of cupcake and frosting, and they have the option to add sprinkles.They offer gluten free and vegan, I believe those are just the chocolate and vanilla.They also offer mini succulent cupcakes, but they require you to order them ahead of time as they can be slightly time consuming to make.

Our daughter was playing in a lacrosse tournament in Bend on her birthday. We, as out of towners, drove by Ida's and stopped in to grab birthday cupcakes for the team in a rush. How fortunate that we stumbled upon this bakery! They provided us with 2 dozen of the best cupcakes! I don't like frosting and these cupcakes were topped with delicious, creamy frosting that was flavorful and not too sweet. The place was busy--the product lived up to the obvious popularity. My favorite was the key lime cake with lemon frosting. My husband's favorite was the peanut butter chocolate chip with PB frosting.

We used Ida's Cupcakes for our wedding and it was fantastic! They delivered it during cocktails and set it up adorably. It was sooo cute! Everyone was raving about them! If you're considering abandoning the pricey cakes and going for adorable cupcakes I highly recommend it!

We had a beautiful birthday cake created for my 10 yr old granddaughters bday.her theme was hawaii and they had a perfect cake iced with blue hues and sea shells. THE CAKE WAS MOIST,DELICIOUS AND CREAMY CUSTARD WAS GREAT!.I highly recommend them and they made 2 gluten free cupcakes for the sensitive kids!
