This is the worst JIB I've ever been to. We've given it a few tries and everytime it was disappointing. Missing food, food stick to the bottom of the bag, over fried & empty jalapeño poppers.

We had to repeat our order 9 times. We wanted to order a bowl of eggs, ham and cheese, but we had to keep explaining we did not want sausage. Then after 10 minuets we got our food and 1 of our things were missing. So we went back and she took our receipt and handed us a burger and was rude. But thank you so much for the good food. It was delicious! And they got our special order perfect and amazing.

This was one of the most horrible experience I have ever had. My mom could not have gluten or wheat so we asked if they could put eggs, bacon, and cheese in a bowl but they could not figure it out. Also when we finally got our meal we look in and we realize they got our order wrong. So my dad ran back and they made him prove it with the recipt and didnt apologize at all. But besides all that the food is delicious and they got my moms order right.

They don’t answer the phone or let you order they say there’s only one person working and I seen 6 it looks like the are doing drugs

Burger was cold, fries were old and stale. I was missing a burrito and called them to let them know and they said come on back. Went back through the drive thru and the guy at the window was very rude. They ended up making me a new burger and they left out most of the ingredients. WORST JACK IN THE BOX EVER. Wont be returning.

the workers that worked today we're extremely rude and disrespectful. They didn't get our order right got an attitude when we told them it was wrong then the kid at the window wiped our milk shake on his shirt!! One kid said he was the manager kept closing the window on us and walking away. we asked for a refund and he refused and said he didn't know how to do it yet he was the manager... horrible. first and last time going to your restaurant. Even in Roseburg they are better.

Employee stated none of their fryers were working. Could've at least made a sign so customers knew before driving into the drive thru. Understand it's not their fault but the breakfast wasn't complete. The breakfast burritos and sausage biscuits weren't up to par compared to other Jack in the Box places.

Employees always saying breakfast isn’t served come afternoon and evening when sign on menu clearly states “ served all day”. Employees not wearing masks in the evening!! Received wrong items. Used to be a fan, think I give up after the last 3 times having such a bad expierence ??‍♀️

I have to agree with the postings of other customers at the Jack in the Box of Bend. On at least 2 recent occasions, I have arrived to find that ONE employee is working there or has told me he is behind because of lack of staff. They were friendly in each case, but clearly under pressure. In most cases, I find only two persons in the evening, whereas one is at the window and the other is cooking. This occurs with a line of cars and that in turn presents many problems. One person was present when I arrived in 2020 to tell me that the store was shut due to lack of staff and that I could not order.This also occurred the evening of November 4, 2020 where I arrived at 10:00 PM and everything was shut down and the store empty. So I went to McDonald's with no issues as they close at 12:00 AM. They received my money instead of Jack's.Is Bend truly a location where no one wishes a job at Jack in the Box?I lived in California for over 45 years and NEVER experierced a store shut down or lacking employees. In fact, I would drive by Jack in the Box Headquarters on a monthly basis near I-15/Balboa and was well aware of their operations there.Another issue I noticed for the past 2 years was the excessive number of transients using Jack in the Box as a safe place to find warmth and hang out for hours. On one occasion, the Police were at a table with a counselor and a ragged transient trying to relocate him to another facility. It was incredible! I have noticed the past few months that the transient issues at Jack's improved, but it still is a major hangout that causes me to avoid this place often. I am well aware the law does not prohibit persons from using a facility for being homeless. It is a major problem in Oregon/The Nation, but it does affect sales and the customer.My final observation is that of all the fast-food locations in Bend I have attended, Jack in the Box is the only store I have seen with these issues. I wish you the best solving it! I would start by offering higher pay and in turn seek a willing employee of higher grade and dedication.TJBendNov 6, 2020

We tried to go to this location tonight at 7:20pm only to be told it was closed. The hours are listed as open until 10pm. We were disappointed to see the location was closed unexpectedly. Employees were inside but said they were closed when we pulled into the drive thru.

This is the absolute WORST Jack in the Box I have ever had. This post will not matter because I am sure that they do not want people actually going there. Do yourself and them a favor...stay away.
