1st time going there, was bummed out there was dine in option to enjoy my sandwich while it was hot. The deli meat slicer and area where they make your sandwich was very dirty. Other then that the food was good.

Been going here with my boyfriend for a while now and have always had great food. However, tonight the service was terrible. We waited there for 20 minutes while these two young girls were working and were busy chatting with each other the entire time not talking to us at all. I ordered a wrap and the young girl wrapped it in a unique way and cut it in half. I let it go and was just going to fix it later. When we were checking out though, the other girl said the wrap was wrong, took it out of the bag, and tried to fix it but only ended up ripping the tortilla and smooshing everything together. I wish I took a picture so people could understand. She laughed at the other girl and asked if she had made a wrap before and she answered “no.” Ended up only eating half the wrap before giving up on the mess.

I don't know how anyone can walk in and be the only person ordering food... and yet still not get any service. they just kept cleaning around and even looked at me, then went to back to cleaning. Who would ever want to come back to that type of service. Do not go here!

The aroma is great. I had a chicken and bacon, and my wife had the turkey and provolone. The spices they add have great flavor. Would have given them all 5 stars, but they made an error on my sandwich.

Jersey Mikes drop kicks subway any day. The way they slice the meat in front of you is crazy, and the employees here are super good at their job. I only docked one point cause my pickles tasted like lettuce last night, but maybe i'm just crazy. Shout out Jersey Mikes!

So been goin here for quite awhile now and there are a couple of male employees that have top of the line service...but, the new(er) faces popping up now and the short blonde woman who has been there awhile....lets just say ZERO customer service, never once a smile and honestly have seen the woman be rather rude to many customers.So I don't make this a novel I'll just finish up by saying, the last time I was in I asked for light juice and my bun was soaked in this juice...literally. Service was extremely slow, amd not a single one of them ever had a smile or much communication at all. Everyone that was there that day looked like they hated life and wanted nothing to do with being there(given 3 of them looked like they were still os HighSchool). Honestly after the last week or 2 of service or lack there of im close to moving on.P.S. Ryan i believe his name is, has not been there in the last week or 2 when ive been in soooo maybe thats part of the issue as i believe he is a great manager amd customer service employee

I have been going to this location for probably the past year. Ryan, the manager knows me by name and most of his team already know my order when I walk in the door. The place is clean and organized, friendly staff, and they are always going out of their way to ensure I’ve had a great visit. I’ve worked in corporate America for two decades. The quality and respect of the leadership top down will surface lower in the supporting team through the service, end product, and experience. This crew gets an A+ in my opinion, and it’s evident Ryan instills goals, guidelines, and respect within his team.Thanks Ryan and the rest of the team!
