I had trouble with the app, and had to go in. I imagined it was going to be torture trying to sort it all out, but the front gal helped me and was more than happy to make it all right.Not often experiences are easier and not harder than we anticipate. This was a lot easier. We’ll be back next year for that special birthday dinner as in years past!

I used to eat KFC at least once a month and enjoyed it. But, the past year or two, with labor shortages being what they are, things have gone downhill. While the staff that is there trys hard to please I am constantly finding them to be out of what I order, even at the beginning of the lunch rush. And, the food quality seems to have suffered also.

So many orders wrong in the short time after ordering my food, which they also messed up. Everything is sticky, employees sleeping in the lobby.
First off I couldn't tell if this place was even open. Then the guy behind the speaker was mocking me... very rude and upsetting. Then the food was very greasy, biscuits were hard and dry. Price was almost , well was to high, but I was very hungry. I don't recommend it unless there is not anything else open.

I have been to both KFC and Chik-Fil-A in Bend a few times each, and all of my KFC visits have been perfect, and the other place had issues. Most importantly the chicken is way juicier, the breading crisper, and the pieces of chicken more generous at this KFC. Done giving the other guys anymore chances, I love going to Bend's KFC.

Came to get food cause I was so hungry I was starting to get nauseous, got a famous bowl, BUT you can’t exactly eat a famous bowl without a fork can you.. sooo let’s remember our forks next time guys?

They were very fast with our order, the tables were all nice and clean and all the food was great except the “spicy” foods I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was not spicy at all for me (I do have a high spice tolerance though) but I also ordered the spicy Mac and cheese, I ordered this once from where I live and it was actually a bit spicy to me but this time there was barely a hint of spice
