They are very friendly people, everyone was so nice and overly helpful it was great. Atmosphere is nice also. Great portions sizes and you can even just get half sandwich which I love. I will be recommending to eveyone.
This place is awesome! The pulled pork with Mac and cheese sandwiche was delicious! I'll probably have lunch here once a week from now on.

PERFECTION!We are frequents of the CDA location and altered our travel route heading back from California to checkout the Bend, Oregon location.Met at the door with a hearty welcome and smile. Incredible service the entire visit. And the food? Never disappoints!! Delicious, hearty portions, and appealing!Rooben Evolooshun and homemade chips (a Meltz specialty) is my favorite!

Went in at the suggestion of a friend and glad we went. If you're in the need of some happy comfort food, this is a great option. I ordered a sandwich called "Border Patrol" which had bacon, jalapeno, fried onions, and lots of cheese. I ordered a full sandwich but found half was rich and dense enough to satisfy my appetite. We also ordered churros and they were delicious also. Plenty of parking near the world market and Meltz has indoor and outdoor seating. They do have gluten free bread and vegan cheese, but I didn't try these so can't say how these taste.

I came in with another friend while we were passing through Bend on an Oregon trip, we came around 3 pm so it wasn't very busy, which gave us time to look over the menu! We were immediately greeted by a few of the employees, they were very nice, I didn't catch their names though. They asked us if we were first timers and gave a run down of their menu, asked us if we wanted to sit and look over the menu and brought us fresh fried potato chips while we decided what to eat! Very nice of them. We ordered the Briqueso and the pizza sandwiches. The Briqueso was my favorite! Full of veggies and flavor, the pizza was very yummy too, I just preferred the veggies at the time. The woman who served us too also gave us one of their dips for free for the chips since it was our first time there. We also ordered their mac and cheese, very delicious. That was very kind and it was very delicious. Whenever I'm in Bend next, I'll be bringing everybody with me here again! Very nice, very yummy, great service, great food! If you're an ooey gooey cheesy fanatic this place is amaaaazing.

Overall, the food was good. Several of the sandwiches, however, had too much of some ingredients and not enough of others - as if they were hastily made. One of the guests in our group tossed almost their entire sandwich because it was drowning in pesto.Also, the menu isn't real clear. Turns out you can add and subtract any ingredients you wish; you don't have to order exactly as shown. Meal-type options are also available (such as an entree, side, & a drink), but not really shown on the menu. I had to ask.We will definitely give it another chance, as they came highly recommended, although the recomendee was actually with us, and was disappointed in their meal also.Parking: Located in an outdoor mall, so you have to walk a bit to get to the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: This location is wheelchair accessible.
This is comfort food!! Best Reuben ive ever had! The food is made fresh..The homemade chips are AMAZING! Great food and great service...you wont leave hungry!
