Gotta pay respect to PALATE a coffee bar. Chill vibes, great consistent coffee, and convenient location to grab a coffee before heading out for a hike. Love the clarity in the name of this place, it makes it stick out versus other coffee shops. I always refer to it as its full name of "PALATE a coffee bar", just to avoid any possible confusion
Wow was I ever impressed!Americano any size for the same price all coffee shops should take a note from their book!The most friendly staff who made an excellent coffee.Anyone stopping in bend needs to come to Palate!

Great flat white, friendly customer service, clean bathroom and good seating. I was excited with their selection of local beans and not assuming I was taking my coffee it to go. Coffee is so much better sipped slow in a mug! Would definitely go back again!
