So first time here and came in did not mind waiting for a table. Two gals came in behind us and were offered champagne. We were offered nothing this did not really bother me but my wife mentioned it to me. Sat down the waitress was pleseant food came out fast or did it. My toast was burnt and the potatoes were burnt and cold. The omlet was good but a bit greaey. I politely ask if she would show that plate to the kitchen. She went back without saying a word and scrapped the plate in the garbage. Her comment to me was if I had a problem with it I should have said something. Let me ask you when you pay 17 for a plate for breakfast is it my job to tell you I don't like burnt cold food. Oh she did take 3.20 off my meal. I expected a decent meal for that price. I go out to breakfast every weekend and have family comming this summer it wont be at Palmers. My suggestion is Mckays Market or Mos Eggs in Redmond

I love the pilot Butte potatoes! My husband always gets an omelette. We have been well fed and happily served during every outing to Palmer's Cafe!

Breakfast this morning was good, however the ingredients in the 0mlettewere sparse and not very.Much.Kind of disappointed:(. My partner and I shared an omelette maybe two tablespoons of filling. Too bad for a $17 price.

So disappointing! My family of 4 just waited 45 minutes right in front of the counter, but we were skipped. The hostess said they called us, but they definitely didn't. We would have stayed if they had just been honest about it, but to claim they called us when they obviously didn't just wasn't necessary and really just rubbed us the wrong way. Mistakes happen, it's ok, just be real about it. The food looked pretty good and we were so excited to try this place.
