Starting with the positive. The pizzas are usually well-made. In this regard they are one of the better ones in Oregon. However, the managers here are terrible. They move at 1/4 of the pace I would (I've worked pizza in my younger years), are disorganized as you can imagine, and don't know how to handle stress. The managers here are just plain awful. Please hire better managers to manage your stores. There is no reason why there should be an hour or more passed the scheduled pick-up time.Hire better managers, improve the store, service and atmosphere. Feels dead and disorganized.

Food was good, employees were good, but while I was waiting I noticed that the floor was filthy and I do mean filthy. I won't patronize that store again.
You know we called it in and drove 15 minutes away to get there and it wasn't ready ? but the food was delicious and the other side was a clean environment

Pizza is good, I like the idea of bringing home a fresh pizza that you have to cook. The ingredients are fresh and tasty and they are not too expensive. I recommend this pizza if you aren't in a rush for food immediately since you have to cook it yourself. Service is quick and to the point as most cashiers are also making the pies. Not a dine in place and slightly run down inside, but overall, decently kept up decor. Not alot of seats for waiting if there is more than 2 or 3 people inside you are standing.Parking: Very little parking is available in general. Maybe 10-12 spaces available for a shopping center with multiple store fronts. Every time I have gone, there have been no spots open.

Would have given five stars if the employees had a personality other then the robot responded, but the manager who took the order in the register did at least present a respectful attitude.I think they are reducing how many toppings you receive on the pizzas as they were very light. We ordered a medium pepperoni and olive and the pizza was fine.

Staff is extremely rude. I called ahead to see if they had 2 ceasar salads made and was told yes. I showed up to get the salads and was immediatly scowled at for bringing my service animal with me and was told I "really need to order online." I attempted to explain that I called ahead but was cutt off by the employee. He then left to get the salad however due to him not even taking my order didnt realize I needed two.Update: got hungry and went back the staff is now super nice.
