WORST PAPA MURPHY'S EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.That essentially sums it up. As you can see in my profile, I prefer to give good reviews & rarely give poor reviews.I have been going to Papa Murphy's for over 30 years (even back in the day when it was "Papa Aldo's") & I am a huge fan of Papa Murphy's in general.However, I will never go back to this location!1. I had to call multiple times before my call was answered.2. When I tried to order a $12.99 pizza I was told that it would be $13.99 ("Corporate told us to raise the price today") despite receiving both an email (see attached) & text message from Papa Murphy's corporate that morning stating $12.99.3. I asked to be upgraded to a Pan Crust. The guy on the phone said he didn't think he could do that. I mentioned other locations upcharge $1 for this, he said that would work and could do that.4. I was told my pizza would be ready in 20-25 minutes.5. I arrived over 30 minutes later, my pizza was not ready. Not a big deal as they were pretty busy.However, when I went to pay I had to deal with a very condescending & petulant squatty shift lead (I'm guessing here) at the register.1. Despite having the email with the $12.99 price from corporate, he told me that was too bad, it was $13.99.2. He then told me I could not do the Pan Crust at that price. I asked about the $1 upcharge as that was common at other locations and he flat-out said no. Then did not attempt to offer other options.3. He then said I would be charged full price (roughly $25).4. Additionally, they had been charging all customers that day $13.99 despite the country-wide promotion being $12.99.Now a lot of this would be understandable if it wasn't accompanied by his condescending, huffy, rude, & not helpful behavior during this interaction.As someone who has worked in both food & beverage and retail, this level of customer service (complete lack thereof) was embarrassing!Again, I will never consider this Papa Murphy's location again. Good luck to all those who do.UPDATE 3/13/24:- Papa Murphy's North location has much better & friendlier service.- The response from the owner below (go online and use a chat bot...) is laughable.

I have to say this is one of the places I look forward to getting door from whenever I visit home. Tonight, I was disappointed to order a two topping pizza for the special and get charged for something different. When I placed my order, I explained what I wanted and asked if that works to meet the 11.99 posted special and he said yes. I was truly disappointed to see he entered something different into the system.The order took an extra 15 minutes to complete. The garden veggie was supposed to have hamburger and it did not. That being said the food we got tasted great but the resulting order entry errors resulted in additional charges that should not have been.

This review is in no way shape or form a review of this specific locations restaurant or service. This is a review on Papa Murphy in general.This pizza was SO bland. Got a make your own with - garlic/marinara sauce combo, cheese, green peppers, black olives and pineapple (yes it belongs on pizza ). Besides the flavor that the veggies add, I swear there is not a single ounce of seasoning or salt added to that pizza. The standard thin crust is okay in texture, but it is literally just soft dough. The Kroger brand sauce has more flavor than this. Gotten Papa Murphys 2-3 times now and it’s been consistently bland. Unfortunate because I like the idea of them, but it’s executed with no taste or imagination. :/

Always love this place, ordered today at 3:45 for 4:15 pick up. Got there at 4:20 and was told it would be another 15 minutes before it would be ready!!! Left with out pizza!!! No stars!!! They had receipts all over the counter and workers standing around!

Tonight I ordered my pizza late. I skidded in 8:02pm. Instead of lights off doors locked. Those sweet employees waited for me. I do appreciated tgere hard work and really go above and beyond. They did not have to. But did anyways I go there once or twice a month. The people entire staff are sweet wonderful humans. I thank them very much for taking care of me when I had lost track of time. They’re always thoughtful and wonderful and I will never skid in late again. They desearve recognition..Vegetarian options: AmazingDietary restrictions: Im GLUTEN FREEand DAIRY FREE. I can not eat just anywhere or trust most places. If I need suggestions or help this staff is knowledgeable and great. I appreciate I can have pizza of my own while my family has pizza they love.

What more do you need?The Bad- N/AThe Tip- If you are ever driving past and realize your girlfriend told you to bring home BBQ sauce and all the stores are closed and you're in trouble - stop by here and they will sell you some ramekins of it (theirs is good) - you tell girlfriend you had to drive extra far to get her the good stuff.

Pizza here never seems to disappoint and tastes good cold as well.I recommend the ALL MEAT if your into that sort of thing.A great way to save time here is to order ahead either via phone or online. By phone you pay when you pickup the pizza but if you order online you can just go pick it up, and pay beforehand online.Enjoy your pizza! Thanks Papa Murphys!
