Ordered online and these are the worst sandwiches. Bread is completely stale and I have never seen less meat on a sandwich not to mention there were 2 pickles on a large sandwich. So annoyed. We done!

I went tonight (1/18/24) to port of subs, and I was very impressed with the two boys working. They greeted me right away and were eager to assist me with my order. I stopped going here for a while, because I never knew if they would be open, or I didn’t want to feel like a burden to the staff. I was happily surprised this evening. Great job and thank you for providing great customer service. :)

Great place all the way around awesome subs definitely an upgrade from subway all the ingredients are very fresh and they have a ton of combinations to customize your sub Howeever you want definitely recommend stopping bye and getting a sub also the cookies are great don't forget to get a few of those

Everytime I come to port of subs it is super welcoming, there was one guy though I’m pretty sure his name was Tony. He was the best employee and always made my sandwiches really good and knew what customer service was all about which most younger people do not. I wish he still worked there.

Always has been a solid place to visit but lately the vibe has changed. Stopped by yesterday and was a bit disappointed.First, I was greeted with loud, unpleasant music. I think music is an important part of creating a peasant work environment, but discretion needs to be used on volume and content when in a public place.Second, the place felt dirty and unkept. Empty chip racks, major clutter behind the counter, and a messy prep station all contributed to this.Third, service was slow and a bit subpar. 4-5 folks should be plenty to keep a sandwich shop running smoothly but folks were kept waiting longer than normal because the employees just looked unorganized.I hope that things turn around. Until lately, I have not been disappointed.

Our normal review would be 5 stars. And has been every timeWe have visited... which is very often. This review is for today...We arrived between 430-5. There were no cars and no customers inside. We really weren't greeted. A disgruntled looking young man came out of the back and just asked what we wanted.Right off the bat he was off putting. He was banging things around and just looked like he was pissed to be there. The station was messy... there was even the end to a portion of meat left in the slicer that he just picked up and threw back in the cooler. There was cheese slices on the slicer.. lettuce l around. For not having any customers... you would have thought maybe they would have cleaned up. He pretty much man handled the bread whileCutting and just threw the meat on the sandwiches. I'm the end, he had to ask us what we had ordered so he couldRing it up. And gave my husband macaroni salad not potato as he ordered. He even questioned whether. To go sandwich that was on the counter was ours! Crazy! Very disappointing service and appearance. We know this isn't the norm.. we will be back. But wanted you to be aware of the restaurant today. Thank you

I've been coming to this place ever since they opened in Bend, but they will continue to get my business. I ordered a sandwich online this afternoon and was excited to enjoy it. I picked it up, got home, took one bite and realized it's not what I ordered. I head back to the shop. I'm not usually one to make a fuss, but the Pilgrim sandwich is a seasonal item, and i was looking forward to it! Coral was amazing. I let her know I picked up a sandwich that wasn't what I ordered. She immediately made me what I had ordered, and it was as good I was hoping! Thank you Coral, and the rest of your staff.

The staff here is like a well oiled machine. I walked in at noon with a 5 sandwich order and they had me out the door in less than 20 minutes from the time I walked in. This was even with one new team member. The definition of a sandwich making machine.... including the young man who came from the back to work the register. Well done team!!!

Soo disappointed in my sandwich. Dry and tasteless. Was so much better when they first opened. Staff was efficient. Might as well get subway.

We ordered four subs and they were made with loads of cheese and toppings. Avocado also and I was surprised on how good they tasted. Not a typical sun shop but much more upscale then that. Will return again
