Great food - loved my breakfast burrito and apparently the bagels are great according to my friends. Service is also awesome and Dave is the man, who personally came out of the kitchen to check on us and other patrons. Definitely a hit place to grab a good cup of jo’ and breakfast. Enjoy!

This morning we paid $42.50 for two bagel sandwiches, a coffee, and a bubbly water, including tip. I wish I had taken a picture of the bagel-to-topping ratio (95:5), which was somehow even worse than Big-O-Bagel! This was after barely squeezing into the most awful parking lot in town, and having our order interrupted by a phone-in order that somehow took precedent over us, after we’d stood there waiting for anyone to show up to the counter for several minutes. Rockin’ Dave was out and about shaking hands and kissing babies. I wanted to show him our bagels and the price we paid for them (again… $42.50!!!) to convince him maybe he should spend more time making sure his product reflects the price point, and less time socializing. Bend needs a real bagel place. It’s such a bummer having grown up here and being subjected to this bagel desert. Giving two stars instead of just one because I guess it’s an institution… somehow?

This place is so good they have a really good breakfast burrito with gravy on the top and they have so many options to choose from burritos bagels and sandwiches and they are open all day I highly recommend

Loved my first visit to Bend but when we wanted to get away from the more crowded and chic eateries in the downtown area, we visited this funky place away from that hustle and bustle. It's a small, friendly, place with only a couple of tables inside and some street side outdoor tables. Loved the welcoming vibe and I knew it was going to be good when they asked me the name of my favorite band as an ID for delivery of food to our table - happened to have my Dead hoodie on so the choice was obvious. Dined with my daughter, future son-in-law and nephew. We all had something different and each of us gave a thumbs up. Daughter had a small breakfast burrito that was the size of a football - filled with all kinds of breakfast things and topped with a sausage gravy. The F-Sil (future son-in-law) opted for a pastrami sandwich, piled high. Nephew had a cheese steak that was loaded with lots of different interesting peppers - he had so much that he ended up taking 1/2 of it home. And I had a Chicago Italian Beef. It was a bit different than the traditional version that is dunked in gravy.....more of a French dip kind of sandwich with cheese and the traditional peppery giardiniera. Would have liked for that to be a bit hotter, and for the aus jus to be a bit more seasoned, but still was good. BTW, there's a display near the register with some different pastries and bagels for carryout and that all looked really good, too.

False advertising on the indoor menu verses the "board" very deceived!!! Didn't honor paper menu price, instead board price. Not COOL DAVE!!!!! Lost my respect!!!! Dave you are not personable with your guests at all!
