Great service but the Lemon Meringue Pie that I bought to go was a disappointment! Where's the Lemon? The Pie was mostly Meringue!

They messed up our order. My wife ordered biscuit and gravy. The biscuits were burnt and my wife asked for light grease on hashbrown and eggs and it was not done. They asked if my wife wanted anything else in exchange we thought. So my wife ordered french toast and they charged us for the French toast and then they tried to argue with me about the English muffin. I ordered the two egg omelet. I said i wanted hashbrowns and a English muffin and tried to say i wanted to substitute it but i did not.

This is the only time I have ever felt so disgusted at a restaurant. The food taste nasty and soggy, the dishes weren't clean. I couldn't even get a refill on my coffee.... I am kinda shocked actually. Sharris has never been like this.

I have frequented this Shari's for many years. Like many leaders in the food service business Shari's took a big hit during Covid. Gone are the days of 24 hour service, and food when you want it! They still make the best Meat lovers skillet and I don't need say anything about their pies!!!

I've been coming to this location for over 20 years. There's a few staff members that I've seen for years; but they seem to have a lot of turnover, and are constantly short handed. The last two times I ate there, it literally took 45-60 minutes to get our order. However, they have probably the best pie selection in town, a large selection of food, and 6 video poker machines in the back (and I've personally won a jackpot on one of their machines about a year ago)

They've gotten our order wrong every time we've ordered takeout. And the one time we ate inside, they gave everybody their food except me, and told me they forgot about my meal. Then they took another 30 minutes to make my meal, so I had to sit there starving while I watched everyone else eat. They gave me my meal in a to go container, charged me the full price, and I had to throw it away by the time I got home because it was cold and soggy.
