We were “stranded” in Redmond during a severe weather event and Wild Ride Brewing was the most walkable place to eat. What an amazing place we discovered! Shred Town was our go- to cart, they have some amazingly tasty food…hello asada burrito, chips, pico, guac, and tortilla soup!!! ? The food itself had me making a mental note to be sure everyone in the area and beyond knows about this place, however what made me sit down and take the time to write this review was not all of the amazing food we had from this cart over the last week- it was the quality of people that served us! If you are in the Redmond area…come grab a cold beverage at Wild Ride Brewing and then fill your belly with some awesomely delicious food being served by some awesome individuals at the Shred Town food cart!!!

As well and the service and atmosphere of the place was fine when it comes down to it. It was food. I asked for chicken, got pork. On top of that let me preface this with nothing on the food items that I got am I allergic to and within 5 MINUTES of eating I vomited all my dinner and previous lunch. Not eating here

I never bother to leave bad reviews even when food/service is subpar but this ridiculous. My family and I all met up and shared food here and after went our separate ways for the evening. That night and next day we ALL had food poisoning. Clearly the food prep or maintenance is negligent here.

It was alright. Made my wife sick because of her gluten sensitivity, may have been cross-contaminated because we ordered a gluten-free menu item. They had the only gluten-free eating options at the location.Vegetarian options: May encounter cross-contamination issues.

Tried to modify a meal to be dairy free, got cheese anyways, even after they said it was dairy free multiple times. Fast and friendly service, just wished we could have tried the asada bowl. Nachos were ok, but mostly consisted of soggy chips and dry chicken.

This is a great place to get food and drink in Redmond. The beers are terrific and there is a wide selection. The indoor-outdoor seating flows beautifully, the staff is friendly, and the array of food trucks means there's something for everybody. There's even a play area for the kids. This is a great spot.
Loved this place!! Amazing choice of beers brewed on site in giant metal vats you can see in the next room. Went with the staff recommendation of the fresh hopped IPAs - very good. Lovely friendly vibey atmosphere and good food from food carts parked outside. Perfect

Eaten here a couple times at Wild ride in Redmond..just trying to give them a chance. Disappointed Everytime. This particular burrito was mostly tortilla. We've had nachos here that were dry and flavorless as heck. Probably won't eat here again. Sad. ..on a good note, the mango habanero salsa was great. If that's made in house..good job.

Shred Town saves the day ! Had a dispute with another food truck. And the guy from Shred Town offered to make me some food for FREE ! I was ready to leave and he turned it all around. Stayed had a good time and a delicious burrito from Shred Town!
