Awesome service today! The location was busy and there were a couple of folks at the front of the line who seemed to be having difficulty with ordering (clearly not familiar with how Starbucks are laid out, beverage sizes, etc). The cashiers and baristas were unfailingly kind and helpful to them, efficient, and kept things moving so that everyone was served quickly. Wonderful job by the Saturday mid-morning crew!
This location opens at 6 and yet I’m still standing outside. Someone else just walked up and left. The line is forming.

Unfortunately this location continues to get my drink order wrong. I work close by and once I have my drink back at my office and come to find that it’s wrong I don’t have time to just go back and have it fixed every time. The staff seems stressed all the time and the wait time is often long. They are friendly as always but seem to need to do a brush up on service beyond a smile. This is the 3rd time this past week the drinks have been wrong and unfortunately I will be choosing to go across the street to a competitor for my beverage. And sad as I spend around 600 a month at this location.
