Saw one of your employees smoking what looked like fentanyl or heroin in the parking lot before going back inside to work. Went inside & that same employee took forever to help us because she was busy talking to her friends & getting them free food. While we were deciding what we wanted on our sandwiches, she was falling asleep standing up. Absolutely appalling!!! Will never go back to that Subway again!!!!! Employees name was JONI.

I just went in to this subway. Normally I don’t have any bad experiences but they have new employees who are not adhering to their normal hygiene standards or cleanliness. When I walked in and the staff was unmasked chatting over the food and using bare hands to scoop vegetables. He proceeded to put gloves on when I walked up to order. He was still unmasked. What is the point of wearing gloves to make my food if your hands have been all over the food already!? I walked out without ordering. There are plenty of other places to eat on the west side.

Normally wouldn’t complain but this experience was terrible. Went in today, there was one person ahead of us, it took 35-40 minutes to get out of there. The girl working appeared to be training a guy and she was VERY rude to him. (and the customers) Messed up multiple orders, treated the trainee awful, was completely unorganized, let people behind us in line finish sandwiches before us. It was a MESS. Worst experience and customer service I have ever seen, normally enjoy this subway super disappointed.

Just walked in and staff saw me, continues to talk to customer sitting down. Waited a few minutes at the counter and was never greeted. I decided maybe she was on break so I went to ask her if someone else was on duty or how I get an order in and before I can she goes into the back and gets another employee who's on his phone to come out. So aggressively washes his hands he breaks the hand towels. I cant wait for the day, my kid hates subway so o never have to come back. These guys are never out front and are always rude. I get it, you hate your job. Please stop taking it out on people who hate coming into your establishment as much as you hate working there.
