Good, but not mind-blowing.I really had super high hopes but we ordered the kids combo meal and there was some ambiguity on the prices so when it came time to pay we spent as much as the regular burger meal and were told that our request for pickles as well as ketchup was above and beyond. "They let it slide this time." So just order the regular combo, I guess, then you at least won't have to hear it about"extras."The burger was tasty, and the fries were yummy and fresh.Be aware that they add sweet grilled onions to your burger without asking.I get mine without when I go.

Be careful using your debit card at Super Deluxe Restaurant in Bend, OR. My receipt says $11.70 but $14.29 was debited from my account. There is no mention of the extra $2.59 anywhere on my receipt. I called Super Deluxe in Bend, OR and was told by the manager that my tip wouldn't show up on my receipt. I DIDN'T TIP. I went through the drive-thru. (I'm not even sure how it was calculated as a 22% tip would be $2.57 not $2.59. 23% =$2.69) I DIDN'T CONSENT TO A TIP.

Best quality and price of any fast food restaurant, at least in Bend. Really quite good quality food that tastes great. I was really quite skeptical going for first time because I expected it to be a new fast food chain that’s mediocre and expensive but every time I have gone I’m more and more impressed. The price of their food is really similar to other fast food chains but the quality and taste I feel goes above and beyond other chain restaurants.

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered lunch for our staff, 8 orders, all burgers, should be simple. My employees shows up to pick up the order, and they start giving him a hard time, asking for proof that we ordered (I already paid online!), so he has to call me and I have to send him photos of my computer screen, they treated him like garbage (is it cause he was black?). Then we get our food, they don’t have a total amount on the receipt, buns are rock hard, pattys are burnt and so are the fries.. like really? Hope are you even still in business? Your staff of rude and your food sucks. I tried to call and find out why it was so disgusting, no answer…

I have only gone through the drive-through. Thier chicken nuggets are so amazingly wonderful. They have great flavor, super hot every time we have tried them. They are not dried out or have a strange texture. The hamburgers have always been hit and super juice. The burger has never been dry it burnt. The Employees have always been kinds. We've also tried their shakes and the orange shake taste like a cream sickle it is so delicious.
