Worst store I've ever been to. Every time i come here it's atleast a 30 min wait, the lobby is always gross the tables are un wiped the bathrooms have pee puddles on the floor and the kitchen is filthy. There's always piles of food on the kitchen floor and they never use gloves when touching the food. There's plenty of other places to eat don't come here

She was working the drive-thru window. She deserves a raise. Outstanding customer service and an infectious smile and attitude.It is hard to receive that level of customer service anywhere and she made our day. Keep being you Alyssa, the world needs it.P.s my chalupas were cold but I'm still giving 5 stars because of Allysas service.

I usually have a missing item but its always something small like cheese sauce for my chips or something, so I ain't worried about it. Today, however, everything was perfect. I had a rough day and needed dinner quick and they delivered. Whoever was on closing shift this Easter Sunday killed it. Hope dude with the crutch gets that leg feeling better soon also.

For being a Taco Bell it's not so bad and whoever is writing bad reviews really shouldn't be talking because they're eating Taco Bell lol personally the only thing that sucks sometimes they're not always open.. but I find it to be OK food OK service and very convenient for us on this side of town. So whoever's writing bad reviews please don't mess this up so that way we don't have a Taco Bell on this side of town anymore. Lol

Went to this Taco Bell about 5 pm after my surgery today 11/1/23 to take food home. My husband ordered BEEF chalupas and soft beef taco. He repeated the word BEEF to the young lady ringing him up inside the walk in several times because he does not like chicken and wont eat it. Went home to eat. Of course he got chicken! Looking at receipt she never even attempted to order beef for him. He also got a hard taco instead of the soft taco and she wasn't going to give me the drink with my box until he informed her it came with it. Watch your orders here! Taco Bell MANAGEMENT YOU need to train your staff. That's where the buck stops!!
