Great food and great staff. Chicken was on point, so were the cracklins. Nashville option is VERY hot - think 4/5 on the hot scale. Had trouble finishing a sandwich… but still very tasty.

Ordered the Nashville chicken. The seasoning was pretty bland, and the chicken was tough and had tendons in it that weren’t removed. The dude working there was also rather rude to every single person that was in line. Definitely not worth it.

So good!! I had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Without a doubt the best Nashville hot chicken I’ve had outside of Nashville. 10/10 couldn’t recommend enough.

I'm not sure if the guy is dealing with something but I was standing behind a woman that placed her order then he immediately shut the window. Food was terrible. He was in a better mood when I picked up my food. Probably because he posted a sold out sign and was closing at 5:20 pm. Cold fries. Ordered the Carolina chicken sandwich. It was tough and dry.

NOPE. Both of our orders came out completely cold. No excuse for it being busy either. Go with the tacos a few steps away.

We order from TP a lot (more than socially acceptable) and they “nail it” every time. My wife is from NOLA and quite the chicken snob and TP is her favorite. The staff is great! Food is great and the HUSHPUPPIES are Next

This is the best food truck in Bend hands down. I am absolutely obsessed with the Tennessee Two-Step Tacos and would eat them once a week if I could. The fries are amazing and I recommend this place to all of my friends..literally.

Went for the sandwich week special and did not disappoint. Crispy, juicy fried chicken sando, added on the fries that had a kiss of sweetness to the seasoning, yum! Super friendly service and great atmosphere. Will be back!

An interesting experience...a place for people of all ages. Families with small children and pets laid out blankets on the expansive ground, played, visited with friends, drank beer or cider and ate food from one of the food carts on the grounds, and listened to music from a local ensemble. Inside the building the bar had multiple choices for beers or ciders. Our bbq food was well prepared, set out for our large group, and replenished often. The variety of food was good and tasty.

Food truck permanently parked on the Crux yard. Great menu, as we'd been travelling we were good with chicken strips tonight. Flavours were amazing. Wife got the Sonoran and it was all the Mexican flavors you'd expect on a strip - really nice. I got the Nashville - it's spicy. More of a rub vice sauce so a little dry but the flavour and spice were amazing. They ensure the fry's get hit with the same rubs so flavours all blend. Definitely try this truck out if you're drinking beer at Crux.

Nice and cozy atmosphere for a rainy day lunch. Their courtyard looks like a fantastic place to hang with friends.
